If you are planning on getting the two weeks of nitro, definitely make sure you know how to stop the payment, I've used these before and discord doesn't renew your sub in the last day, they do it days before the last day and if for some reason the payment failed they will TRY many days after. I've used them before and even after I canceled the renewal of nitro they still tried to process a payment for it for several days, these options are also very hard to find in settings and are obviously worded and made in a way to stop you from cancelling it. If it wasn't because of the fact it can freeze my credit card and stop any payment, they would have definitely gotten money out of me. I don't think $10 is much, but I don't think it's worth what they offer. I'm also not a fan of paying for something I don't want regardless of the price, it's my money after all.

the free Nitro is a idiot cull, so people are stuck with 2 weeks of nitro, but eliminates them from claiming the 3 months from Game Pass Ultimate (assuming that's still a thing). also, anyone notice that they've been offering nitro in stuff like Fortnite and genshin impact? heck, the fortnite one had it tied to a leaderboard thing for two ingame emoticons (that has a much harder to obtain grind) compared to the discord nitro that's offered like chicklets.
