Sir aapne sec-94 bond washing or dividend stripping nhi btaya
if some person has transferred any security in the name of another person some time before the due date and has re aquired it some time after the due date in order to evade tax , it will be considered a bond washing transaction and income shall be considered to be of the person who has manupulated in this manner
however it will not be taxable if there is no avoidance of tax i.e there was no avoidance by such transaction in any of the 3 preceeding years before such transfer took place.
