I had & used a pair of Wilde brake spring pliers for years... then found a pair of near new Snap-On's cheap at a garage sale.
Liked the Wilde's far better! Never did warm up to the Snap-On's.

Mr Maximus, Did you say, "Toyota was notorious for always using drum brakes?" I will have you know my Toyota drum brakes are 19 years old and going strong!!😼

Drum brakes are known to be low cost and long lasting. However rear disks have superior braking capabilities. That’s why many have switched. My 96 Chevy Silverado Z71 has rear drums and they are original equipment.
