This has been a brilliant discussion. I have been specifically attracted to using temple bhakti for remedial measures and began doing pilgrimage to temples in India in 2009 to do the Navagraha Yatra in Kumbakonam, Tiruvannamalai and Srisailam. Most interestingly, a trip to SriSailam during my first pilgrimage turned me into a devotee to Lord Shiva. It's interesting to note the karmas connected to each temple and I will now be combing through my experiences trying to remember. What comes to mind first is my karma with Vaitheeswaran Koil in TN that has a shrine to Mars. The first time I went, during my Mars dasha, I cut my foot the minute I stepped onto steps of the complex. When I got to the Mars shrine, everyone there was arguing. Mars was definitely present in that place, and Mars rules the 12th of feet in my natal chart. The second time I attempted to go, I got sick in Tiruvannamalai and decided I didn't have the energy to go, despite it being a temple of healing.
I would be interested in your views about Ishta Devata and temple worship and the astrological nature of the Jyotirlinga temples. Do you agree with the zodiacal and planetary schemes connected to them? Would love to see a video on the topic!
Thank you for great feedback! So you can say Mars karma was getting purified 4th the Mars temple. Usually when you have failed pilgrimages it would be best if you are able to finish that pilgrimage in the future. Ishta Devata temples are the most special places where you can get more out of the temple visit. You can almost guarantee results from the events that happens in the Istha devata temple. There are various astrological schemes linked with Jyotirlinga temples. However each of those Jyotirlinga temples are also an embodying complete astrological schemes to itself. Each of them are powerful in their own way.

Vaitheeswaran Koil is on the way to my Janma Nakshatra temple. I will attempt to complete it the next time. I noticed that you didn't mention Sri Venkateswara in connection to Sani. Do you agree with the Saturn or Saturn/Rahu connection in relation to Sri Balaji? I have seen very little about the astrological implications of the jyotirlingas and would love to encourage you to offer a video on the subject.
@@GarthAstrology That would make sense. Thank you for your reply. Yes, Venkateshwara temple is also linked with Sani & Rahu. I believe Dr. Pai talked about it before. With regard to Jyotirlingas, each signs are linked with each jyotirlinga & visiting each of those jyotirlingas can be considered to purify karmas with that sign. However there are various astrological opinions about which sign is linked with each jyotirlingas. There are multiple temples claiming to be jyotirlingas as well. So that will be a tough one to get some clarity in. However, I have seen the sign based linkage with jyotirlingas becoming relevant. Thank you for sharing the idea. I might think about it in the future.

Moon in third house got a shiva temple just across the street. My hometown is itself known for a Pashupatinath Temple. Temple is built across a river(venus) . And also have a durga temple nearby. And there's also two mosque nearby. Perhaps due to Jupiter in fourth. And My father is a krishna devotee.

Thank you for this informative session. Regarding donations- if there is no planet in the 12th can we donate the significance of the Rashi in that house. E.g for Virgo's 12th house is Leo so donating sun related items. Thank you
Looking at planets in the 6H is also good. 6H & 12H lord's donations can be helpful. This also applies in various divisional charts as well
Few doubts-
1. Is the no of visit(1-12 visits in same temple) rule is applicable to any nearby temple or only big famous Sidh temple?
2. What is difference b/w Vishnu & krishna temple? You mentioned guru/Jupiter association with Vishnu but krishna association with moon.
3. What if I’ll stay in one city for 12 days to visit one specific temple? Will it be considered as 12 visit or only one visit???
4. Does these 12th house remedies relevant to each house donation or limited to 12th house?
1. It's applicable to any temple. Each temple will activate a progression in your chart.
2. Vishnu is Jupiter. However Krishna is linked more with Mercury & Moon energy. So you can observe what happens in your life if you go to Vishnu temple continuously for 12 days & Krishna temple for another 12 days. The difference will be obvious.
3. If you visit the same temple 12 times, it would be considered as 12 times. Doesn't matter if you stayed in the city or not.
4. The ideas can be extended to Planets in 6H as well or planets aspecting the 12th house or the planets with the 12th lord or in the 12th lord's nakshatras as well.
Few months back I heard a video one should not donate things related to rashi that falls in fifth house or a planet that is in fifth house because it is fruits of past life good karma. What if Saturn rules ones fifth house and Saturn is sitting in twelfth house. Can one donate things related to Saturn. Please guide. Thankyou.
Depends upon if you have a scarcity mindset or abundance mindset. If you feel you can get the karma of having donation back, you can donate. If you feel you won't get it back, don't donate

May I request one of you to throw some light on unique sevas (apart from the standard ones) offered in certain temples- such as Tulabhar seva, Kanakabhishek seva, Guru Paduka puja seva, Pallakki seva, Gau daan, marriage ceremony seva of certain deities, Rahu Ketu Puja, Floral alankar seva - under what planetary placements such special sevas are to be performed as parihaar? 🙏
Tulabhar is usually Libra sign. Guru Paduka is Pisces sign. Kanakabhishek is combination of Aquarius, Leo & Aries. Pallaki is Leo/ or Phalguni nakshatra. Gau daan is Moon, Cancer & Pisces solution. Marriage ceremony sea is Venus related remedy. Flower alankar is also Venus. When you are running any of these dashas or when by transit tehse planets are activated, good to do these seva

Nice talk. But how do you know which donation you should do based on your chart? Planet in 12th house was mentioned but what if that is Ascendant lord? Also, should donation of 5th and 9th house lords or planets in these house be avoided? thank you
Good question. Yes, you can try donating even items linked with those planets as well. Some astrologers are of the opinion you shouldn't donate 5L or 9L planetary items. However if the same planet is in 12H, then it would do good if you actually donated those planetary items. I can encourage Blood donation with Ascendant lord being in 12th house

Which planet energy does tirupati represent? Is it jupiter alone?
Until you have a good experience from the priests in the temple, that karma will still be there. However if you continue to go to the same temple, slowly that karma can be improved upon as well. You can observe that in time.

What’s the situation if someone actually dies in a holy place? Are they being punished or are they being sent off to a better life?
An argument can be made. There are certain holy places, where access to divine is much more easier. However your karmas will still follow you to the next life as well even if one dies in a holy place.

Not Mercury, so the planets and nakshatras can be controlled by Vishnu sahasranaamam, each sloka is related to a nakshatra pada

It is a good question. All the corresponding deities would have their role to play would be the best answer. Usually in South Indian temples there is just one main deity. However other temples where all the deities are present is also good. When you begin to do specific mantras or stotrams for any of these deities present, you can begin to see more observations becoming activated with respect to that specific deity. So you might have to do additional prayers to observe the effects of those deities present
How should one interpret (i) accidents (only to individual) in a temple (ii) Ju, Me, Ve, Su in 4th and temples (iii) fact that many temples have navagraha so would all get covered or the primary diety in the temple.
(i) Individual has Mars karma with respect to that temple deity's main energy planet. (ii) Vishnu, Devi or Shiva temples (iii) The navagraha in a Hanuman temple would be different from Navagrahas in a Shiva temple. So the karmas linked with Saturn gets easier with Navagraha in a Hanuman temple while Karmas linked with Sun & Ketu gets purified much more easily w.r.t Navagrahas in a Shiva temple

Usually Saturn in 4H or aspecting 4H or Rahu in 4H can be the reason why Smashan is close to your home. However it is not advisable to go to Smashan as you may get problematic Rahu energy coming back with you from the Smashan.

I was a regular temple goer, last year we have a Shiva temple nearby, idols of kartik Swami, kalabhairav and one more deity was consecrated.
We contributed for the expansion of the temple and consecration too quite an amount.
But after that, I just don't feel like going to the temple. Don't know why?🤔🤔

You can say that there might some karma linked with Kalabhairav or Kartikeya which is playing out. Since Saturn is in the 4H, Laziness karma can get cleared through Kala Bhairava moorthy in the temple

Go after Rahu mahadasha. Rahu is preventing it especially if shiva, surya, parvati or their family members are involved as deities and also if they are placed in the N/NE direction

BCP is Bhrigu Chakra Paddhathi. The system of timing where when you are born 1st house is activated, a year after 2nd house is activated and so on. It is also called as System of Profections. Its the same logic.
