Pappu Dhaba is famous on that Kolkata Siliguri route. They had speciality in tandoori chicken and butter tadka and naam roti. I always eat there while travelling on that highway.
Loved the typographic skill of your's and colour gradin u added in the beginning of the video but the rest of the video seems dull without the coloursuve used the green trees seems kind off wuth the orangish colour but although loved it .

Beautiful vlog. Gangtok is a transit city for me but there is always a certain excitement when going north from there. The roads to siliguri have improved a lot in the past year now. I went to sikkim last in 2018 and the patch from malda till kishanganj were very bad. The potholes weren’t potholes, they were portals to another dimension😂. Also, it is believed among some of my friends that if the place(Gurudongmar Lake)doesn’t want you to come, you won’t be able to go for any reason whatsoever. Only when you get the calling you will make it there. Superstition i know but it is what it is. Waiting for more episodes! Ride safe. Cheers✌️
Gurudongmar lake and most of North Sikkim will open in 2025 maybe in 2026....the road is completely destroyed they're now constructing a new road the old road is completely washed away by glacial flood. We also couldn't visit North Sikkim, we had returned from Sikkim on 16th October. But East Sikkim and silk route is open that is also very beautiful.

I did in 2023 Kolkata to Siliguri, and I regretted it, I should have loaded my bike onto the train from Bengaluru to Siliguri, but the road was so bad and we started on 12 PM and reached 2 AM in the night, another regret, I didn't install aux light at that time, I installed that at that time, riding could have very easy at night, lesson learned, no matter what install aux light as well in motorcycle
