How to:
Paint the background with light blue/dark blue/white/yellow ochre
acrylic paint using a sea sponge.
Mix equal amounts of modelling paste with dark blue oil paint and and modelling paste with light blue oil paint.
Use a palette knife for stenciling.
Use Pebeo gold cerne relief to decorating two opposite corners of the canvas.
