En 2021 tuve la gran oportunidad de visitar Parrot Cove Lodge en Hopkins, Belize. Estuve allí durante 1 semana... Es un paraíso. El restaurante del chef Rob es increíble. Cada uno de sus platos es una obra maestra. Volvería mil veces a este lugar.
Fortunately, our family are constant patrons of this restaurant. It is by far THE BEST in Hopkins. We take all our visiting guests to share this wonderful experience, and please don’t forget the attentive staff that he has, including Chef Mike and King the bartender, who always treats us as though we are family.
