I've seen him 4 times. Twice with Great Big Sea. Epic and amazing. And twice here in my hometown. The man is an amazing musician, storyteller, and just all around funny. He surrounds himself with other amazing musicians and can collaborate with so well with others. A pure joy every time I see him in performance.
Saw him on this tour in Arizona, hands down one of the best shows I have been to.
And Allan effin' Hawco in the audience! I miss REPUBLIC OF DOYLE, but thankfully we still have THIS Doyle to look forward to!!

I saw him on this tour and his come out with me tour. Both times were amazing.
Saw this band in Winnipeg folk fest this year and was amazed about this amazing unknown band. Your amazing entertainers, very good getting people on their feet and dance away, hell you even got my husband up dancing, never dances ever, great band, great find for us.
