Hi, few things on this, on the n/s scuttle area, where the wipers are. The plastics. The engine ECU is there. Check for any signs of water ingress. The drains get blocked. And the ECU gets soaked in water. It's doesnt need an engine ECU, you can actually remove them, and dry them out on a radiator, believe it or not. Clean the drains from the windscreen in ECU area. Also in the ns/f wheel arch, behind the liner, theirs a large multi-plug that gets water ingress, this stops the speedo working, causes wipers to act up, and also puts a draw on the system, but you must check the engine ECU for any signs of water Marks. Very old common faults. This should fix it. All the best, kieren.

Sandy, check the bcm/ecu. If the plenums are blocked then water can get in them and throw up a load of faults.
