      "People were upset" is a common hook for videos. It grabs our attention even though it's a meaningless statement.
      That said, I appreciate this video teaching the stepping stone exercises needed to build up to the advanced moves.

    I love that you mention foot stretches in many of your videos. As a dancer, it is so important to me to take care of them and to stretch them a lot !

    Read advice excellent! I spend so much time in Fitness, but I’ve neglected my toes and my feet and as I have aged, I am dealing with a numbing neuropathy that I hope these exercises will remedy.

    You are so right I know this sounds silly but when I got into my 50s, I started filling the need to stretch my feet and when I do they crack and pop that never happened when I was younger great video and you are so beautiful❤

    I loved them. My calves & arches have gone through periods where they cramp at night. My body’s just so furious that it’s ready like the Jaguar as I sleep 🤪🤪🤪

    Hi Kate! This video got me thinking...Are there stretches that we should do every day? If so-I'd love to see a video of you talking about those specific stretches so I can add them into my routine! :)
    I do my best to follow a different video of yours every day-but if there's a routine to get into alongside those different videos, I'd love to know! :D

    If everyone would be training Yoga every day, need for surgery in the old age would be greatly diminished. These stretches do hurt but pain goes away after a week. Keep going!

    I appreciate your modifying your illustrations for the older onesnofnus who need it. One I find really helps me is standing on a stair, with my foot at a comfortable halfway point, around the arch for me, then holding the bannisters lowering my heels. I do this for a slow walk up the stairs or gently 'bounce' both feet alternately on one stair. Stretches calves too. Helped with plantar fasciitis.

    Love the foot stretch posts, I’ve been focusing on doing them more regularly and wearing toe spreaders as often as I can remember. Also wearing vivos much more often

    I don’t know how people get upset at everything easily. These stretches aren’t bad as it seems. This is similar to my warm ups and cool downs. I done a cool down that was more intense than that where my knees are on the ground, and I reach back on my feet and arch my back up. I mean that was hard at first but it feels great and Im very flexible now since I am more fit than ever 😊

    Falls are the primary cause of fatal and nonfatal injuries in adults aged 65 and older. Nearly 40,000 older adults died from falls last year, and it is projected that this number will increase to 7 fatal falls PER HOUR by 2030. One of the most crucial steps in preventing falls is to have a consistent balance, strength, and flexibility program. Yoga is an excellent way to help older adults build strength, flexibility, and mobility. Thank you for responding with this excellent new video to address concerns from those who felt that the original video showed foot stretches that were too challenging for those who most need it.

    Yes definitely the strength and flexibility of the extremeties need to get the same attention as core stability.
    Grip strength has been linked to longevity.
    And in older runners the strength of the calves is linked to less chance of foot issues.

    WOW !!! GOD is so unbelievably good and cool ! I wear boots and/or shoes ALL day and don't take them off when i'm home ! { Always making certain the soles are super clean bcuz i'm like an O. C. D. clean person .}.... so my feet and ankles get to killing me !!! Again..... So God brought me to YOU ! Awesome ! { GOD} .Thank You God and thank YOU also for instructing on foot health.     Your flexibility and mobility are amazing. But i always get at a point where i ask myself :"is this fully human? A tentacle should be able to do that. Is there kraken dna somewhere in there?"

    Any static stretching is horrible for the human body and increases bone spurs. Only do active stretching folks using the muscles to gain as much range of motion you can. No static !!

    Good stuff. I seem to have explored some of those moves out of necessity. Any moves for a stiff neck?
    At 68, I seem to have a stiff neck. Riding my motorcycle is risky not being able to flex the head around looking to make a turn.

      5-10 slow breaths. Revisit often, multiple times a day is fine.

    I do toe stretch in yoga. It feels so good. It can be intense though. When you finish toe stretching while kneeling, get on all fours and tap the top of your feet on the ground a few times to get the blood flowing again.

    You need some either rotational or anti-rotational excersizes. Something is wrong in your knees and ankles. You can see it.

    I know I do mine when I’m laying in bed before I sleep and I do this every night, people don’t know how to mind their own business, their fast to criticize, we can’t help ignorance sweetie and that’s the only thing I can’t do anymore is barefoot outside, when I was younger barefoot all the time, I could walk on anything lava, sleeping grass, rocks, that’s before I started working and now no way lol, ,
