I give Herman props. I started gradually increasing walking since the fall, and have lost around 80-90 pounds myself, went from 501-503 to like 410-412 range. I walk 2.55 miles a day, at least did till I sprained my foot lol but will be back to it soon I hope. Did 1 mile again today so taking it easy.

@@grand_vacation Ah, well I am down to like 340s now (pre-winter I was 320s), but I got liver cirrhosis and no idea how many years I have, cause the cirrhosis and other health issues any day I could have an issue happen with my portal vein but praying that I get me a few good years left before things go south. Time will tell, but ty for asking. I appreciate it :) Truly, ty

Oh dear. I probably wouldn't know how to work that damn register to save my life.
This was about a month before Bob was hospitalized in DC. I don't know if you do requests, but I love to see the episode which was his first since his release.
why was he hospitalized? :(
It was for a blocked artery which would have caused a stroke.
