Alvarez is really good considering he doesn't get the start most of the time. Always ready to make an impact on the pitch. Maybe defenders consider Haaland more of a threat and sometimes just leave Alavrez unguarded lol

@@masterchief1520 No he isn't. Lmfao. 90% of football happens off the ball. Haaland is the best player in the world off the ball. Maybe the best player I've ever seen. And I've been watching football since the 2010 world cup. The way Haaland plays when he is not on the ball is simply beyond excellent. All strikers must be excellent off the ball. I'm simply not seeing that with Alvarez. When he doesn't touch the ball, he doesn't exist. When Haaland doesn't touch the ball, he destroys the backlines of enemy defenses.

What I noticed is that Alvarez is heavily involved in 5 of the 10 best assists.. That makes me feel confident for when Pep and Haaland leave in a couple of years. We've got that new Aguero on the horizon it seems. Amazing talent and underrated ( for now ) player.
