@@LuigIan2000As far as I'm aware the splatsville residents aren't defectors and those that are defectors haven't expressed a dislike of the octarian army, might be wrong in the latter though
@@emilicat2967 tbf enemy octolings are called takozonesu/takozones in japanese, the -zon derived from Amazons who were female warriors in greek mythology, maybe male octolings were designated roles more behind the scenes hence why we don't fight them, but thats just a personal theory lol
