@@Call_Me_Old_Fashioned I came back to say I made an old fashioned with it using an extra dash or two of chocolate bitters instead of like angostura or something else and I’ll say it wasn’t as bad for me
Does it have a medicinal taste usually i just add some homemade raspberry or blackberry syrup with a whiskey or brandy. Like i did with say something like redwood empires pipe dream i made a 200ml of a black raspberry whiskey. Alot of blackberry spirits like bird dog for instance taste a bit cough syrup like and almost needs to be cut with a tater liquid. From what i hear its unfortionately got that artificial blackberry over say the actual real berry taste. Want to try this with lemonade and a splash of cran-blackberry. Do you think its got a medicinal taste too??
Personally I like it, I don’t think it has a medicine taste but a lot of ppl do think that, if you able to make it at home for under 25 bucks then that option is prolly better, I’m also a fan of crown in general

Just got my hands on a bottle had to drive 2 hours to get it but worth it i think. Very sweet going to try the lemonade soon
It’s definitely a mixing whiskey in my opinion, but it’s good with lemonade & sprite with lemon juice
Tried it with coke and it's straight cough syrup, guess it needs some citrus.
I could imagine that would be gross, black berry crown with lemonade & sprite with little lime wedge is pretty good
