Thanks for sharing!! 💖💖💖💖💖
We ran our power and water in the same hole 6 foot deep. We added two water lines to our house, just in case one of them busted.
Illegal in some areas..
Hi Dutch, did you ever get the window replaced that was broken out on your camper?
Jackie did an amazing job. Looks so much better. When it is all done you can have several people there. Great place to park. I love hearing the sound of running water at creeks.
GOOD JOB, JACKIE, Randy's copperheads, have no place to hide now😂,thanks for sharing ,Sean
WOW look at the view of the ridge now! AWESOME. THANKS FOR SHARING. 🌻👍🌻
Hi Dutch
,
You have certainly made big improvements to the Creek property. Jackie sure knows what he is doing with equipment. 👍👍❤️🇨🇦
Dutch love and enjoy your videos. May the lord bless and protect you and working on the abandoned property
Hello Dutch and family
Put a light on the pole to
Good job, thanks for sharing.
Jackie is good with that equipment. That boom and bucket is like an extension of his arm and hand. Nice work Dutch
Thanks for sharing.
Nice work ❤❤❤
lovely scenery ...great for the campers site as you say....Awesome job...see you soon
Looking 👍 great,moving forward 💕🌺🇺🇲
map out on your property maps where you dug ,how deep you dug and what was buried, later on if you need to tie into it you can find the spots.
Hey Dutch, that's exciting stuff going on there. What a great place for an RV/ camping spot with the hunting and river activities. Wow, not even having to Boondoc with a generator. So being an electrician I have put in the panels for RVs with all 3 outlets. 50 amp 240 v, 30 amp 120 v, and 20 amp 120 v. is what they usually are. That being said with all this work putting in underground wire don't under size it. Consider using some 2" PVC to be able to pull larger wire in the future for expansion. I did a guys property that his sister, and brother in-law lived on with 3 separate hookups, a well, a shop and laundry. It had a 200 amp service run to the shop originally and I added the rest. Next your going to need a septic tank and drain lines from the RV sites. Full hookups, woo hoo.
nice , you will like it all set up.. we have my brother and his wife in the summer and its nice.
Should have keeper it to stack camp fire wood in.
That's a deep ditch
Hi Dutch and Family. Having the right equipment makes the job easier. He's makes it look easy. Looking a lot better now that the structure is gone. Always something to do on the property. God bless and love yall ❤❤
I was thinkin,(scary😂) it would be hard and expensive to fence the whole property but not so much to fence in the camping area and fencing and locking in the road on both side of the creek.
Makes it a hassle but makes more hassle if you don’t have the keys,, just a thought; cuts the road off to vehicles and more protects your gear.
Anyhooo
ALL THE BEST big fella…
So satisfying😅
💕💖❤💘💝💓I love watching your videos. Thank you for sharing a part of your day with us!!! Have a great day!!!
Nice work. Goes quickly when the right tools are available 👍. Blessings 🙏🫶❤️🫶🙏
Boy it looks great.
Why not save the metal roof for use in blind?
dude driving that Kubota is definitely a pro. Kudos to him!
A cabin (similar to Stoke's father's cabin) on the hill or close to the creek will be for the family or friends to enjoy, but you have to keep it protected from trespassers/poachers.
Always enjoy seeing your different projects you have going! Hard work sure pays off….Always looks better and better and definitely increases the property value! Looking great😊
Im excited for you Dutch. That will really be nice!
Great video most enjoyable thanks. Chris from England
Jackie, great job!
Thanks for helping Dutch with this!🎉🎉🎉❤
Jackie did an awesome job. Held my breath when he went under the power line but his steering was spot on. Thought sure that pole truss? was a goner but Nope, he missed it completely. That man is beyond good.
Hello, Dutch❤. He's doing a nice job digging.
Looks great Sean, plan on future expansion, so six would be a good target for now. Nice view for sure.
Wow cool, thanks for sharing 👍 good job Sean 👍 😊
Hi from Mary Iceland
Hi Dutch and Brandy and family and Carl you guys did pretty good Clean up and ready for Electricity nice fast work Yay
Enjoyed watching all the progress.
Hello from Birmingham Alabama
Your demo guy does great work. Having power there will be invaluable.
Did you leave a security camera on the wooden deck.?
“Dadgum, I don’t know how I got all these nails and screws in my tires!” Make sure you’re not scattering anything that popped loose…especially by the burn pile- because you WILL find them later.
❤ 😊
Randy, you’re great!
Thanks for sharing your skills & all the collaboration you do on projects with Dutch.🎉🎉❤
WOW! Man you can start your own campground! DUTCHES RETREAT!!!
Definitely keep an eye out for artifacts. That ridge is high enough to survive a catastrophic "storm of the century" flood, so, good for a village and that's a good water source close by. Thanks for the vid.
Might be good to have a Septic tank/ system to dump into there for the campers.
AND
A fire pit…
Hi 👋❤🎉 I like your videos and how are your farm animals doing today ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I hope you know it's going to get colder over the years coming.
WOW! You got a lot done. I pray for you and your family all your goals will be met. Dutch you you are a wonderful person. 🙏❤
I'm curious when are you going to build a barn or storage building
You always have interesting videos.
Hello Dutch, you're doing a great job on your property.
Looks better with that wood bridge/ stand gone.
My pump went South after 50 years.
Tku very much for this video 📹 ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Hi Dutch Nice to ce You I like Yours videos
That went the best it could for you right there. What a blessing. ❤
I never did hear anything about any results with those trespassers…….
are you going to put a sewer system in for the camper spots , so company and you can empty holding tanks into from campers.
The comes the tree house?
❤☺👍
That will be a beautiful campsite when you get it set up. Jackie did an awesome job. GOD bless y'all.
That will be great to have more power out there and a water line.
Awesome idea but did I hear that correctly? Running power and water in the same ditch? Please tell me I am not right
Since when can you lay Electric and water lines in the same trench??????
Much nicer
You should keep that tin roof or at least, the tin.
As always Dutch, crazy bogus thumbnails 😮😢
❤
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😊😊😊😊😊😊
❤❤❤❤😊😊😊😊
if you do put a sewer system in ,could have Jackie dig the leach lines.
Why didn't you take down your reolink camera before tearing that down?
why didn't he take the tin off it?
😇😇😇💜
DUTCH Dig a big hole for a BURN pile wont cost as much to dump
50 amp is good move.
❤❤❤❤❤❤
What was the total loss? Maybe you wrote the wrong title for this video?
maybe that porch/shed thing they tore down
Dutch and Family ♥♥♥♥♥👑👑👑👑👑 Critters ♥♥♥♥♥, treats and tummy rubs. Tonka sends a friendly tail wag and a sniff to his fellow furry friends.
BLACK SUNDAY.2925.
Bye mess and bye camera.
Oh gosh
That’s 2 times in a week I was like
Dang there goes some good metal for animal housing projects 😂
Check out Prust 50 amp power outlet connectors made by retired military. Worth a look.
I don’t think I’ve ever heard caliche called clay gravel before. But, I’m not from Oklahoma so I guess different areas call call it other names.
Randy could of took that apart and had it loaded by hand in about 20 minutes!
👍👏❤️💪👏👍
What happened to your trespassers. Never heard.
Funny I was saying Jacky is surgical with that machine! Kubota makes a tractor for the home owner and it comes with a few different attachments and I dream about all the things I could get done. $23k plus is a lot for a disabled first responder. You come to a point in your life that you just look 👀 and then you just stop because what’s the point.
❤🖤💚🙏🙏🙏
I hope everything goes better. I think some people just don’t care about other peoples property. I hope they give up and quit turning up your stuff. If not, I hope they get cut and they have to be accountable. I’m sorry what happened? I really like watching your channel some people are just jerks they don’t care about other peoples property. hang in there, Dutch and family I hope it works out. I hope people quit messing with your stuff. I wish I could be there to watch and be your private guard
Looking good Sean (your trenches) Dod you say you got your windows taken care of?
Ttyl take care.
❤👋🙏👏👏👏❤️
Your generation and younger throw 20 years ago off undeveloped real estate in the Arizona Valley. More than enough my children and grandchildren will live quite comfortable. But I reclaim most things.
It may be junk as it sits but there are many pieces that are worthwhile for something.
I'm not talking about the fancy crap but there's always something that needs to be done. And if you're busy throwing everything away when are you ever put up that nice fence and gate to keep Intruders out?
Sits
Sean, I sent you an email with a give away Kunekune boar that shouldn't be too far from you. He is large boy they said 200+ pounds. It has the contact info so you can contact them if you want. Their lady pig did not like him. Maybe Pearl would like him.
🙏❤👋👋✨⭐😎🌞🌟🙂👍💕
🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏👍👍👍💕❤💕❤💕❤💕👍🙏
Good wood going to waste next week you will be paying for 2"×1" you need😢
