Hi, there! Just stumbled on your video as it popped up in my feed. Guess what I've been watching all day! 😏 Is it... am I... weird that I love the way the blankets came out more than the target fabrics?? 😍 It's all really cool & beautiful! I've done more paper than fabrics, myself... & primarily leaves. I don't have access to many flowers. I'm still learning. But I can say, I've been surprised & fairly happy with all of my attempts.💖 Even the imperfect prints are beautiful, imo. Ty so much for all of your tips. Very helpful to us novices. I especially love that you recycle the packaging plastics!💗 I saved some HUGE, clear bags that came with a raised garden bed my son bought... Now I know why I saved them. 😁 I'll be watching more!🤩 Blessings from California.💚💚💚
Thank you so much for this amazing tutorial!! I am completely new to this. You mentioned that the color would look different after washing, I am wondering if you have any examples of these after washing.
I must say I love your videos because they are beautifully done....not sure if that intrigues me more, or your results, or the way you explain and teach. They are amazing to watch. Your courses are on my holiday wish list! TY. Hope your initial weeks with your newest addition are joyous!
A really great tutorial! I love your video's and I'm thinking about signing in on a course! Just want to ask; can you do this kind of flower printing also in wintertime with dried flowers? Or can you only use fresh flowers?
Thanks so much from New Zealand, this is the most helpful tutorial I've seen. You've explained everything so well and I feel confident to give it a go myself! I'm going to check out some of your other tutorials too :)
Thank you for a great tutorial! Exactly what I was looking for, as I was planning to do similar tests this weekend for the firs time and needed some reassurance :-) Everything you do looks very beautiful.
Curious, how you clean carrier blankets so they don't print with previous prints? Mine have been shifting colors and even using bleach they still mark new target cloth with prints. Thanks!
I am looking for a tutorial or course guide on how to process bigger pieces of fabric for eco printing, do you have something that would help? Or maybe a zoom class I can pay for?
Hi there, I’m currently working on an eco printing course but would be happy to help in the mean time. Are you wanting to find folding and binding techniques for larger pieces?

What is the best material to use for a blanket if your making a silk print?
Hi another question, how did you get your madder so purple?! Everything else I’ve seen on madder are red/pink tones.
Hello, I'm french and i don't understand how you acieve this pink colour on your blanket please? I love your videos! thank you so much. Laurence
I've found! It's madder-coloured! ;)
Do you have to use a dowel or can you just roll it up real tight with string? Thanks!
Divino!! Y el español? Gracias!!

Very nice brilliant ❤🌹💐🔔🔔
Super cool!! Should the dye blanket/ iron blanket be scoured? :)
It shouldn’t - it’s goal isn’t to hold the dye - just to transfer it.
Do the target fabrics need to be wet or should they be dry? I have done it with wet target and wet blanket and my prints look muddled.
How do you care for them after the print is compete? Do they need to be rinsed and dried? Or dried before rinsing?
I rinse and wash them with gentle detergent right away.
@@thebarefootdyer thank you! Beautiful work!
Such a beautiful eco printing ! Love your Madder color. Would you mind sharing your source of madder ? Thanks.
Botanical Colors ♥️
