Wish I had watched this before I made my blocks. Fabulous tips! I followed the instructions and squared the HSTs to 2.5 inches before sewing them together. I wish I had waited until after I did the quilting!
Hi Becky! Thank you for the tips on pinning. I've been pinning for a very long time. I have always put the one pin on each side of the seem rather than one pin in both seems. Many times it hasn't worked well, so I will be trying your method. I can't wait to try it. I'm not doing the Candy Corn Shoppe, even though I love it. But after doing Red, White, and Bloom, I needed a nice long break. lol I am busy making lots of other things, and having fun. Have a wonderful week, Becky, and take care. Diane
I have used your pinning technique ( In one side and out the other side of the seams) and it works perfectly! Always fun to get a glimpse of the fur's. Thanks for another good video. Your efforts are very much appreciated.
Great tips for those who don’t necessarily make quilt blocks. Especially liked your placement marks at the end for centering…being a little off center in this step could make the block wonky looking without understanding why. Kudos
I love your tips especially making the registration marks on the batting and stabilizer. I just do the color sorting right on the Luminaire for two blocks.
Thanks for the pinning tip, love learning something new! I already trimmed my pinwheels, do you think I could still quilt as you go or would it shrink too much. Trying to decide my best plan of action. I sew in Solaris
Love how your dogs run to see you. Sooooooo cute.
Such cute little pinwheels! Thank you for this video!

Nice tip to pin for perfect pinwheels. I wish my designs stitched out as fast as it does when you speed up the video. Thank you for your videos.

Great tip for the pinwheels. Our big boy does the same when it’s time to eat. 🐶👍🏻👍🏻

Thank you 😊
Help Becky, you said do not steam but you sprayed them with the water💧 - doesn’t that make steam?
Hi there! No I sprayed them with Mary Ellen's Best Press. It has fabric relaxers that flatten the blocks.
I gave two cats who come wake me sometimes.
