pale king didn't seal it into the dream realm, it faded because it's divinity was based on the memories of it's followers. but the followers died, and someone later found the giant idol/statue depicting it, which was enough for it to get enough strength to MAKE SURE NO ONE EVER FORGETS IT AGAIN, thus the moth made the infection, to spread within the minds of those who succumb to it.

I mean, cool video, but the Radiance was always in dreams. Bro, the pale king gave people thought. The Radiance was only worshipped for her light, The Pale King didn't know about her existence, and had a better light. The Radiance only ever existed in the dream realm, never physically. Then the petty, overgrown moth decided to enslave everyone and everything. Then the king decided "Hey, tree wife, let's make a child that's pure of thought and emotion to trap the Radiance and end the infection." Then tree wife went "Ok, fuck yeah." Then they kept making babies until The Hollow Knight was made. Thinking that THK (The Hollow Knight) was a truly pure vessel, the pale king used him to trap the Radiance. Turns out that THK wasn't hollow and so the petty moth decided to take him over too, and continue the infection. Then The Knight (player character) came along and was like "Ok, but how about me, an actually pure vessel, takes over the job, ok?" Then the spider waifu (hornet) was like *"NO*" and so the two fought...... *twice.* So then The Knight went "Too bad, imma still do it." Then he succeeded in different ways. Either by killing the petty, overgrown moth, or by trapping her in himself, or even by trapping her in the void. Either way, The Knight succeeded in his goal and the annoying petty moth was sealed away forever.....or killed.....

The Pale King is a Higher Being, and Higher Beings seem to have power over Dreams (Pale King hid his palace in dreams, Unn used her great mind to dream the Mosskin out of her, Moths were born from the Radiance's light, Nightmare's Heart's kin are the Grimms, etc.). It is most likely the Pale King was able to effectively trap the Radiance, and then The Hollow Knight would focus the Radiance into him (Similar to the Knight in the Hollow Knight Ending.)
The pale king fled after his plan to contain the infection failed. He hid himself and his palace inside the dream realm, then filled it with buzzsaws

I dont think the Pale King "Sealed the Radience away", the Radience just faded away because the moths worshipped the Pale King instead and the Radience didnt recieve any "Worship-Power"

pale king didn't seal it into the dream realm, it faded because it's divinity was based on the memories of it's followers. but the followers died, and someone later found the giant idol/statue depicting it, which was enough for it to get enough strength to MAKE SURE NO ONE EVER FORGETS IT AGAIN, thus the moth made the infection, to spread within the minds of those who succumb to it.

I mean, cool video, but the Radiance was always in dreams. The Pale King didn't seal it in there, he just used his (not confirmed but *very heavily* implied) ability to seal away memories to make everyone forget about it. Also, the void seal thing is a bit confusing but I think it's basically meant to be a bottomless pit kind of thing where the Radiance will just put all its dream power into this thing and never be able to fill it up and get out.

Bro, the pale king gave people thought. The Radiance was only worshipped for her light, The Pale King didn't know about her existence, and had a better light. The Radiance only ever existed in the dream realm, never physically. Then the petty, overgrown moth decided to enslave everyone and everything. Then the king decided "Hey, tree wife, let's make a child that's pure of thought and emotion to trap the Radiance and end the infection." Then tree wife went "Ok, fuck yeah." Then they kept making babies until The Hollow Knight was made. Thinking that THK (The Hollow Knight) was a truly pure vessel, the pale king used him to trap the Radiance. Turns out that THK wasn't hollow and so the petty moth decided to take him over too, and continue the infection. Then The Knight (player character) came along and was like "Ok, but how about me, an actually pure vessel, takes over the job, ok?" Then the spider waifu (hornet) was like *"NO*" and so the two fought...... *twice.* So then The Knight went "Too bad, imma still do it." Then he succeeded in different ways. Either by killing the petty, overgrown moth, or by trapping her in himself, or even by trapping her in the void. Either way, The Knight succeeded in his goal and the annoying petty moth was sealed away forever.....or killed.....
I summed up the lore better than he did and I did it in less words. Wow.
