Ultimate Mechanical LEGO Slam-A-Winner Arcade

- A fully functional replica of the classic Slam-A-Winner arcade, this creation captures the features of the life-size machine through mechanical function and like aesthetics. The aim of the game is to press the red button to release a ball at such timing, that it would go through the 'Jackpot' winning hole. When achieved, a treat is dispensed to the player in recognition. The arcade can be operated in exchange for a 25c coin, for which a player would receive two tries. Coins smaller in value get rejected. A creation months in the making, the LEGO Slam-A-Winner Arcade is a fully operative, mechanical machine.
Standing at around a metre tall, the LEGO Slam-A-Winner Arcade comprises of more than 4000 LEGO bricks.

Oh my. Holy shit. I haven’t looked at the LCM community in like 2 years but damnnnnnnn! Just from reading the title I was stunned. Now this is one of my favorite arcade games at the real arcade and seeing it in LEGO form makes me so amused!
Such a well executed machine and an incredibly accurate replica of the arcade game. The design is fantastic! The colourful board, realistic coin slot, clean panel display, structural supports and the arcade banner are all implemented to a high quality. Smart use of the arch pieces and the basketball rings for the jackpot. And the hinges combined create the perfect frame. The mechanism is super impressive - with only 2 motors used to power the entire machine (Still amazes me). You have captured so many elements and packed them into such a superb creation! Looking forward to future machines. Keep up the great work!

where do you get your Lego's? there is absolutely no way you get them from random packs...
My guess is either he buys like 10kg used Lego from ebay all the time or he goes to bricklink.com for specific parts
