I have tried this recipe. This recipe is great. Healthy and tasty! You can do it without a food processor. I have not got one and mixed everything by hands. Took some time, but the result is not bad. Thanks so much, *****! :D

Ryoyaさんこんばんは。早速作ってみました、アボカドの代わりに豆腐を使い、メープルシロップの代わりに甜菜糖を使いました。初めて卵無しでケーキを焼いたのですが、スポンジがふわふわで、初めて豆腐でクリームを作りましたので新鮮ですが、とても美味しかったです。やっと乳製品と卵も無しで満足出来るレシピに出会えました、ありがとうございます！！
