  • In this fifth video of our trip to Quebec, Canada series, we show our favorite 4K clips from our visit to the Gaspesie, Gaspe peninsula. We took the Navigators route, or route 132, the longest highway in Quebec province. This scenic road is located along the south shore of the lower Saint Lawrence River in the Bas-Saint-Laurent region.
    We mention and show places such as the towns of Kamouraska and Rimouski, Sainte-Luce coast and La Martre lighthouse.
    We also discuss our thoughts and give tips on what we liked most about our travels to these areas.

    I'm thinking of ditching friends, family for a week in July and driving up the St Lawrence to Gaspe. This was really helpful, thank you!

    Hi guys. Great informative video. Just a question - what season you'd recommend to travel there? We are planning for Victoria Day, but not sure. Thanks

      Hi Alex, we visited the Gaspe peninsula only once at the beginning of June. I assume you are going there around May 25. We really liked that time of the year there, there were dandelions blooming and overall feeling of late spring. I hope you will have a wonderful trip!

    How is city life in gaspe

    • @BlokhinFilms
      @BlokhinFilms  5 лет назад

      I'm not sure, we just drove by Gaspe. It was a pretty big city compared to the nearby villages. Perce is a small town nearby, but is largely focused on tourism, I believe. From what I gather, city life in all of these towns is slow-paced and many towns are based on a fishing economy or other businesses. Rimouski was a big city as well and has a big port. I'm not sure exactly what you are asking.
