New Personal Escape System for Firefighters training July 2023

Through funding provided by Nassau County Legislator Bill Gaylor, the Lynbrook Fire Department received funding to purchase the latest personal escape system equipment for their firefighters to use in the event of an unplanned emergency escape due to a life-threatening situation during a structure fire. On July 30th, 2023 the Lynbrook FD began training their firefighters on the safe use of this new equipment.
