If yes, most people dont know that they have toxins that release into the food. Businesses sell them to be used like you are doing, but they don't tell you it's not safe. I thought hard about whether to tell you, but I thought you might want to know. I hope i'm not being pushy. I know you are very smart and want to take care. I also make cakes from home. But in the past few years things have gotten so expensive I had to scale down, to just doing small cakes because the price to charge customers would be rather high. I also just made whipped frosting. But now even that is way too expensive. A liter of whipped cream is about $11 US dollars in my country. I have become so frustrated that I just stopped baking. Thanks for the video and the encouragement. Maybe I may rethink and try those container desserts.
