This build does not rely on stun that much cause charged sticky ammo has overall low shooting frequency comparing to other builds. Dereliction boosts the stun a bit. Plus the HBG supports paralyze and sleep ammo, which is already decent and sufficient control =)

@@ShenJien Evade extender can be equipped if there is a nice S3 or even S4 slot on the charm lol.
