How do you feel your night shift? Is it difficult? How to feel about your staff? are they helpful or not?
Hi Nethu , while im typing this im actually on a night shift hehe.. Work wise night is down time so better for the feet .. About co-worker it always depends, it just depends on each personality some helpful some bare minimum.

Relate sa mga abb, im still new here in UK and still waiting for my pin. My 1st day was like what? We do handover in recorded audio and with 21 patients to listen to diko masundan mga words nila and abb. Thanks for sharing.

@@GwenGeorgie not sure, but some in charge nurse do a face to face handover rather than recording but most of the time, its recorded.
What are the different types of Nurse in UK.. I mean like bedside nurse, clinical nurse
A lot of types , specialised in different care like tissue viability, breast, diabetes its like any kind of disease you could think of they have. Also non clinical so its a lot to list

I only worked in one. But highest paid maybe in london, they have additional pay due to high cost

How may patient usually assignend for u in each shift? Is it difficult to do jobs there ?
It always depends on the staffing on each shift. Lucky days you will be handling 6-7 patients .. I guess any job has its own difficulty . U think?

Depends how many nights, if u are full time u have to do 37.5hours per week.

There are changes and additions since I took my osce. Still thinking of ways how to make video about that. The latest osce has 10 stations . In my time there were only 7.

hallo iba iba depende sa staffing.. swerte 1-6 :)
sometimes you get 12 or more patients due to staffing issues and you wont get any extra pay for handling too many patients beyond the usual/safe nurse-patient ratio because the salary is fixed.
