In KOD8 he got "one more" from Jr boogaloo and Acky, but Pete gave it to Nelson. Pete himself even said Sonic danced well in that round. Anyway, many people thought Hoan would have been the champion because he shocked everyone from the beginning of mass-election, top 32, top16, top8 in which he somehow killed Luffy at once... 2013 was Hoan's year, no doubt about that.
Also if you look at the people on the sides, they are all from different places too and they tripped out when sonic was going off because he was excellent
