I've had my B2032a's for well over a decade and used every day - I love them. Who would have thought you could get a voice coil kit for the tweeter! Awesome.
I remember those old Alesis models, but I also remember those budget Soundcraft Spirit models which were so popular, and the Spirit Absolute 2 were terrible. When I worked at a pro audio store in the 90s those models were coming back for repair thick and fast for years. Mind you, bearing in mind the target customer base for them, perhaps they were being driven ahem....a little beyond their specificiations perhaps?
Please my Yamaha hs8 keeps blowing even if I change the tweeters, any help
We recommend checking the forums and seeing if any one else has a similar problem and you can ring Yamaha they are normally helpful
Alesisis "Studio 1" or "Monitor 1" ?..
I have these same speakers and ended up slightly over exerting them one day recently to the point where the adhesive bond between the dust cap and cone separated. Would you by chance have a recommendation as to what type of adhesive is best to use for the repair or know what type Behringer uses? Any help would be grand!
Thanks in advance!
You could use some u-hu
For anyone looking in the future. T-700 Adhesive is the stuff you want.
I have no issues with mine, I would however like to mod them. Would you please tell me which amp you used to replace the tweeter amp, is it the same as the woofer amp and what are their values?
If they work it’s a shame to mod them they might blow up
Where can i find a spare board for my Thrut B2031 ?
have a look on ebay or contact behringer support
I just switched the tweeter and it still doesn't work :(
Could be the chip we replaced it in the video
