They are very nice watches but are not on many people’s radar, even is Switzerland. They are popular in Eastern European countries, the Middle East and South America. They use the usual Swiss commonplace proven mechanical movements and have some quartz as well. Worth a look on your computer.
I agree very much with your taste in old timey-looking watches, nice Atlantic here; and especially your original one, that thing is the bomb (the good bomb) and distortion through the crystal is always good.

That dial is really gorgeous don’t get me wrong I am a Seiko advocate, but this Atlantic watch is something special. The only drawback is the crystal i really enjoy a good distortion BUT that sapphire crystal more than makes up for it. On a side note your original piece looks great too.

@@iangraham705 it is, I experienced a Cocktail, can’t say it’s not a nice piece but this Worldmaster feels allot more luxurious. Also it’s It’s Swiss, I find that more attractive. 🥃
