The breakfast.....lentils..lamb..bread...all looks delicious very filling.. The baskets bags wallets... and the Mosque is just Magnificent!.....Mt Taster..Mr Ali ..great hosts.....people very friendly. Another awesome video. Looking forward to more....Thanks David..safe travels wherever you go.
Hi David: Another video that is simply divine. Sometimes I tend to overlook the food because the history of Iran is sometimes so complex and interesting. The more you see, the MORE you want to see and learn. Can you believe that those buildings withstood the test of time with all the intricacies in the designs? I see why you love your ring, it's the same torquoise colour used in the buildings, so it's got to be something special. The breakfast looked delicious though. Anything with flatbread and you can get addicted 😃. Ali is doing a great job in giving the history of the area and Mr Taster and his wife are an adorable couple. Love the gifts you bought (very cheap in American dollars) and the fact that you bought something for your ex is so special: much RESPECT. Nothing about you surprises me. You have a good soul and God will repay you in spades. So wherever you are right now, please know that you are missed and may God bless you and keep you safe. Til next video I say vaya con dios amigo. 🙏🕊️❤️🇹🇹🇨🇦
We used to cook lentils soup in a pressure cooker with fried onions and olive oil and it takes just ten minutes but without cinnamon . I love the unique Baclava made of pistachio looking yummy . Salamat David thanks for your interesting videos in Iran 🇮🇷
India I love your food I am learning so much from listening to David he has taught me about so many dishes that I can choose from the menu without sounding foolish I am mesmerized by all the different types of food you present to us this is great and unbelievable the United States should be so lucky once again thank you peace ☮️🇺🇸🥢🌶️🫑🍜
The Parsi fire temples in India are out of bounds for non parsis (zorashtrians ), which means we are not allowed to enter these fire temples. India gave shelter to the fleeing parsis and we obey their wishes till today , whereas in Iran everybody’s allowed inside these fire temples. The Iranshah, the holy fire these parsis brought from Iran is housed in a temple in Udavada, Gujarat , India, where the parsis first landed on Indian shores some 1200 years ago.
@Sunil Patel To be honest Parsis have made immense contribution to India from military to business to art. So you should respect and cherish them while you have them because their population is in steep decline.
Parsi means Persian. Persians are all over Iran, different religions. Zoroastrianism has parliament representation in Iran and the holiday of Iran is Nowruz. What you say is not exactly true - Iranians respect Zoroastrian wishes.
Thank you for this wonderful video. My fathers family were Zoroastrian’s from Yazd. I never grew up with him or the culture so it’s very interesting to learn. I hope to visit Yazd some day. Looks amazing
Lentil Soup looks so good I love soups so this is nice . Wow what a kitchen . Little elevator down to the pots. Stews a long time I bet it sells out. And cannot go wrong with Meat and eggs to with the soup. Hearty breakfast!! Give me a box of Baklava ! please. The best ever. YUMMMMMMMMMMMM. Coconut and Pistachio omg heaven send me a box lol. I would have to take a lot of money because I love the crafts and items they make so beautiful.♥ Mosque is beautiful. The design is just beautiful. Fire Temple so beautiful. The history is amazing and really nice to understand . Sacred Fire itself is truly amazing. They protected it and keep it burning all this time. Would really love to see Iran. You have made it such a lovely experience♥
David, Beautiful video. I just found your channel, so sorry if these questions are answered in another video 1. How did you get your visa? 2. Were you required to travel in a group tour? Thank you!!
Please evrybody look at 9:20 ...David takes a baklawa and than the thee and he say ohhh mmygodd and mr Taster put his hand on his shoulder and say calm david calm...😎😂😂😂💚🇮🇷❤🙏🌬💕
For a second I thought this would be with Yazidis, wish most would film rare and humble tribes like those, especially after its treatment by the radicaI in the region.
Wrong. Most are in Iran. Parsi is the language of Iran - Parsi also means "Persian". There are many Persians in Iran. Iran's biggest holiday is Zoroastrian too (Nowruz). Persians (Parsi) are not Indians. They are Iranians, no matter where they live.

the Iranian Empire dates back 14,000 years, making Iran a country of many firsts. Before Islam, the Achaemenid, Parthian, and Sassanid Empires were among the world's strongest, rivaling Greece. The people of Greece are well-informed about this, and you can also search online for more information about Iran. Algebra was developed by the Iranian scientist Khwarizmi, and the Iranian scholar Razi discovered alcohol. The most accurate calendar in the world is the Iranian solar calendar. The first charter of human rights belongs to Cyrus the Great, the king of the Achaemenid Empire, who saved the lives of the Jews. The world's first plumbing and sewage systems were in Iran. The first religion, Mithraism, originated in Iran and is linked with Christmas. Chess is from Iran, although some claim it is from India; however, Iran developed it further. Pottery was first made in Iran. Parts of Turkey, all of Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Afghanistan, parts of Pakistan, Armenia, Georgia, and Turkmenistan were part of Iran for thousands of years. Nizami and Rumi, the Persian poets, wrote all their poems in Persian, but because they are buried in Turkey and Azerbaijan, some Turks claim them as their own. Persian was the official language of India for 300 years, and now India and Pakistan have many Persian words. The Taj Mahal was built by Iranian architects inspired by Persian architecture. Iran was a great and powerful country, but for the past 45 years, the clerics have been destroying it. It's better to verify everything I've said online to be sure and not doubt it. Even kebabs originated in Iran before spreading to Turkey and the rest of the world.
That doesn't really happen in Iran. Persians are smarter than Europeans for the most part. Lots of different religions - especially in Yazd which is a Zoroastrian city.

Bollywood actor John Abraham's mom is a parsi. She was banned from entering the fire temple for marrying a non parsi.

Every time the conversation is about culture and history, Ali is talking 🥰 Every time it is about food and bad jokes it’s Mr. Taster! 😖
Mazda car brand name and logo come from Ahura Mazda (Faravahar Zoroastrianism), the god of harmony, intelligence, and wisdom.
0:04 Hi bro , This is not YAZD , This is FARS / You marked the wrong province on the map
Love your videos! Btw, Yazd is in the center of Iran. The city you show in the map at the begining is Shiraz.
As a Zoroastrian I appreciate you going to Yazd and seeing the fire temple of our people. Very few of us exist now.
Many in Iran. Growing too.
