    Does anyone know if its possible to pair this TRV with SNZB02D or SNZB02P for better temperature accuracy? I know generally speaking the temperature accuracyfrom TRV's is not the best and work better when paired with an external temperature sensor.

    Is it possible to set this up so it can tell a boiler to provide heat, i'e just from these valves rather than having a thermostat?
    Also, what happens if you have two radiators in the same room, can you just set the temp for the room?

    For the Tado TRV setup you need a smart thermostat, a hub and then the smart radiator valve. What do i need to purchase from SONOFF to do the same? i would like to warm the childrens bedroom seperately.

      If you're looking to implement individual temperature control and monitoring in your children's bedroom and currently don't have any smart home gateway devices, you'll need to purchase the following SONOFF products: Firstly, the TRVZB, a smart thermostatic radiator valve, enabling precise temperature control in the room. Secondly, you'll need either the SNZB02D or SNZB02P, which are temperature and humidity sensors to monitor the room's climate. Lastly, a Zigbee Bridge Pro is required, serving as a gateway device to connect all your ZigBee devices, allowing for unified management and control within your smart home system. With this combination of devices, you can effectively manage and adjust the temperature in your children's bedroom, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment.

    Can this be paired to the ZigBee hub that's builtin to an Amazon Echo?

    • @SONOFF
      @SONOFF  7 месяцев назад

      Hello! This device can be paired with the ZigBee hub built into an Amazon Echo. For scheduling, you can set up schedules in the eWeLink app, and these will sync with the device to ensure everything runs as planned. If you need more help or have any other questions, feel free to ask!

    The one device (other work) cannot be found. Is there any option for hard reset of the thermostatic head for example?

    • @petrmenzel5493
      @petrmenzel5493 6 месяцев назад

      Even if the hard reset had been done (battery out, hold middle button, battery in) it did not help. 😬

      You'll need to use the Sonoff dongle to add it to Home Assistant via zigbee2mqtt or ZHA.

      @@SONOFF I already have that. Does that mean that it will work in zigbee2mqtt?

    • @SONOFF
      @SONOFF  9 месяцев назад +1

      With the Zigbee 3.0 USB Dongle Plus, you can adjust the temperature and control devices. Please note that schedules cannot be edited directly through HA using the dongle. For schedule modifications, use eWeLink. Additionally, users can perform OTA updates via HA using the dongle.
