Ok, so they got bankrupted but what happened to the winner?
Yea this is definitely mean, and if it was my business i would just give it away to anyone. However he kind of *clearly* states the rules and regulations for 5 minutes, telling everyone the specifics and saying not to get excited until the winner is vetted, then everyone gets mad when he sticks to the rules he just stated?
Again, if it was me i would just give it away, but what exactly is the issue with doing a giveaway with specific rules for ambassadors and then sticking to those rules?
He came up with that rule after the giveaway had already started. No previous giveaway they'd done had that rule and it wasn't stated until after they'd already begun this giveaway. That's illegal.
the “rules” are really more guidelines. he left a ton of room for his own subjectivity. so he can reject ppl for no good reason. legality aside, pretty unfair way to do a giveaway
actually in California the rules must be stated ahead of time along with eligibility requirements and they can not change once a giveaway beings.( since it was a night of giveaways for the ambassadors, and the only real requirement was being in the program, once the first giveaway started for the night rules/eligibility can not change) These laws are in place to protect against fraud.
Not only that....after he changes the rules in the middle of pulling.....the guy just completely TRASHES his own ambassadors. Puts them down repeatedly, as he uses his own guidelines he just now made.
There's no justifying that. The guys a scumbag.
And he's a brain dead scumbag for doing it live in front of everybody.
Sure destroyed his company though, so karma came back HARD.
I think what pissed people off the most was his incredibly dickish behaviour. They even tried to apologize to kiapia and send her that computer. In any other situation with shady giveaway, that would most likely be enough for everyone to move on. But that guy's demeanor made himself and his company look completely irredeemable.
Why is this guy such a weird unit though?
Who was the streamer? I'm gonna follow
Audio is so low
This is wildly uncomfortable
Guy took his own vocal privileges away.
Should have just chose their ambassadors and send them the free pc instead of doing a contest letting anyone enter and sounding condescending about the rules.
We will soon see on a episode of Destoyed In Seconds!!! 😂
I couldn't stand someone for 10 minutes talking like that.
Uncut but no Audio equivalent exchange I guess
