The pricing of the hotel is actuallly not bad. considering you have a group of friends of 15 people and you get 70% discount it is actually 3000 tk for per person. seeing how the rooms are 3 people can stay in a room comfortably. good offer if you wanna stay with friends or family in your own personal villa.

It is more like 10,000Tk per room in this villa. A bit misleading, comparing apples to oranges: a double room with occupancy 3 to a villa with occupancy 15 (5 double rooms). The most expensive double room you can find in Cox's Bazar would be a better comparison. Waiting for that one ;)

if i am being honest i went to a hotel that cost 500 tk a night and it wasn't bad at all we got 2 beds everything was good but the bathroom was small and the room had no air-condition but other than those 2 all was good
