- Bringing pond plants in for the fall and winter seems like a big job. In this gardening in Canada video we go over exactly how to bring tropical pond plants indoors so your can enjoy them all year around! Pond plants can thrive inside until it’s time to put them outdoors again but there are some minor things you should do before making the leap inside. They best method for transitioning pond plants inside is removing the old pot and soil replacing it with leca. Leca is awesome for pond plants inside because it allows for proper air flow.

Okay absolutely. What are the specific plants you want to look at?
@@GardeningInCanada I don't know at all. Maybe a series of what kind of plants do well together in an aquarium and what kinda do well with different fish species. I was okay for the smaller fish like tetras, swordtails, and guppies but my big tank with shubunkins and fancy goldfish (which as I know now shouldn't be together) not only destroyed the aquascapes but ate some too.
Koko's goldfish forum was helpful but a video series would be epical.
