As an Ola ev owner and have experience over 1year, I would say the scooter is excellent and no other two wheeler can beat Ola . And in terms of service quality its very bad .
Service ka kya, Bhai meri Ola S1 15 dino se band hai, complaint kar kar ke thak gaya. Bolte hai hamara technician call karega. Abhi tak koi call nahi. Ola sirf bechne ke peeche lagi hai service ka koi lena dena nahi hai.😢
Jiska ka khud ka built quality dheela ho and customer service bhi kharab aur saath hi flammable ho wo kaise banega global giant company. Sorry brother but if ola wants to rise they need a handsome amount of money and profits . I believe if they did this they will succeed

Ather electric is also doing good... i can feel Ola's manufacturing capacity is high and ather is struggling to delivering the previous booking... Also OLA is ahead in maintainance services due to vast network across the country whereas ather could do a lot more Why i putting ather here... Better than OLA s1 range in terms of everything.
I thnk they still need fo focus on safety and quality Has we have seen their scooters even burning People will go for ola as it is cheap Rich may go for Tesla Acc to me.

Failure nahi hai. Kuch galiya ho rahi hai. Jo new iterations ke saath solve hote jaa Rahi hai.. New companies mai aisi galtiya hoti hai... But OLA mai public affection itna jyada hai ki galtiya bhi bahut jaldi saamne aati hai

Worst company Ola 😢 i had purchased ola S1 pro, within a months it stop on the mid of the road. I can't tell u how annoying it isand complaint many times but nothing happened for 1 week 😖. Worst experience

Ola should focus on after sales service and hyper charging system. I'm a user of ola electric scooter so i feel it.
