Alert world somehow nails the upload schedule, this was released at about 3am for me, so it adds a spooky mood, but apart from the atmosphere, the fact you woke up in the middle of the night adds some immersion, making you feel like the EAS alarm is actually happening. Keep it up!
God I was so scared this was going to be SCP 15 (The pipe nightmare) and not this one. A EAS scenario with that one would be horrifying. But this one was pretty good!

@@shootforthestars8 the American eas causes fear and adrenaline rushes. So they changed because if you have an adrenaline rush the thing gets you. Also it is sometimes illegal to use valid eas tones.
At the same time, it wouldn’t work because he’d have to use their usernames which wouldn’t be realistic… I mean this isn’t realistic at all but you might see where im coming from.

I wonder if the glitches and super creepy line were intentional, to keep the creature in the area. Also love the detail that it was the foundation that alerted everyone. And the slip later of ‘containment teams’ was natural and believable. You’re getting really good at these.

(this isn't critique or anything of the sort, just fun speculation) I feel like they would get volunteers to read out the Emergency Alerts to be less intimidating similar to what they did with the EAS tone, it'd be so soothing if it felt like the voice reading out the alert was an actual human
The power plant going out hinted towards the fact that all the lights going out most likely meant that everyone got scared when they did, drawing the SCP to them. Also, the slight distortion of the TTS speaker was a nice touch. Keep it up Alert World!

I think this video should have been more like what The Volgun did with SCP-2521. As it is an infohazard, he transformed the regular talk by Dr. Miller into a children's story, so it would not give direct info on 2521. Something like this would have been interesting for this scenario: overly infantilizing the threat, while, as time goes on, the broadcasts get more serious, as people not respecting the creature leads to them acting carelessly. From "this animal may look rather mean and dangerous, but it is actually totally harmless! It's skin is warm and soft, and it likes to steal ice cream from resident's homes" at the start, to a proper EAS at the end saying "you must not be afraid or worried. It can smell you. You can not kill it. Do not go out at night. Keep the lights on at all times. It drains the adrenal glands of it's victims. Previously broadcasted information was partially and/or entirely false, as to not aid it's hunting."

Don’t panic, but the creature actively hunting humans cannot be killed by fire arms or damaged at all, so yeah don’t be scared or else it will hunt you down and you have nothing to stop it
The worst part of these EAS videos is how the threat just keeps escalating…you look to these messages for instructions ensuring your safety but the threat just gets worse and worse.

EAS alerts usually need to be given in a timely manner, which is why they use TTS.
Sometimes regular old EAS tests are prerecorded, but usually not.
