I’ve been sending this song nightly to my homie who’s having a tough time. He’s away doing some self improvement and this is just a dope little vibe to come back to. D if you ever see this random comment know I love you homie.
I haven’t talked to my brother in years. We had a rough childhood and grew apart in our early teens. Now that I’m out of the house I see him even less than I did before. He struggles with addiction, not that I don’t have my own issues but it just pulls us further and further apart, I don’t even know who he is anymore. All I want to do is hug him, and tell him I would die for him. Even through all the hurt and pain that we’ve been through, all the ugliness and sadness, I still see him as the shaggy blonde haired dorky kid that I remember him to be, regardless of how much we’ve both changed. I guess I just miss my brother, I’m just too afraid to reach out. Had a good cry to this song. Thanks for reading.
My brother died as a child so my best advice is really try reaching out and help him out an try to fix yall relationship as long as you can mane, hope the best for you♥
man i felt this to the deepest part of my cells. i miss my lil bro coz we moved to different countries to pursue careers. tearing up listening to this while reminiscing all those moments as kids that we never knew were so limited and precious while convincing myself thinking that's how life goes.
As someone who was the brother who went into addiction the fact you still have so much love and think about him shows how good of a person you are. Not trying to speak for his actions but addiction is very consuming and you really do lose your humanity but there is always that person inside. Even if you’re there for him in thought and in your heart I’m sure that means the world. Continue to keep that version of your brother alive. Much love
Late night on the hill listening. This gave my the cry of my life. Not the sadness but of how beautiful this life is and how lucky I am to have a loving family, set backs, a good job and the fact I love my life. Thank you, truly… words are underwhelming trying to describe how grateful I feel for everything❤
Some weeks ago I started to give up listening to music 'cause I thought it was a distracting addiction that kept me from studying well.. I've been doing this with fapping for 2 years and it's actually an addiction so I've been feeling healthier since then. But the thing is, music is different from any other addiction, I feel like we've been built emotionally by music from the beginning of our lives. It's crazy how much just some piano notes and lyrics can have a such powerful effect on you and me and everyone else. I won't ever stop listening to music again haha. Love
What's it take to call your brother Just to say you miss him and you wish you could spend time What's so serious that you can't just pick up the phone Let him know you love him And that he's been on your mind Tell him that you need your brother Ask him how he's doing And say you been doing fine If it comes a point where you just don't know what to say While you still have him on the line Just say [Chorus: Kanye West & Ant Clemons] We'll be, brothers forever What happens to one of us, happens to us together And we'll be, brothers forever We'll be, brothers forever We'll be, brothers forever We'll be, brothers forever Sturdy, solid and sturdy, voice of a birdie Told me, "Just stay determined, she would deter me" Purdy, pretty and curvy, developed early Curve me, 'til she finally heard me, and one day she served me "Hurt me," she just kept yelling "hurt me!
