Cool-Down with Aerocano: The Perfect Summer Drink!

Popularized by a reddit post, the aerocano is surprisingly delicious. It also has a very similar structure to nitro cold brew.
Normally, I usually prefer cold brew or iced americano for cold coffee. But I really liked the aerocano's thick foam.
I hope this video, in which I show you how to prepare an aerocano at home with an espresso machine, was helpful. Still, if you have something on your mind, you can comment, I always read the comments.
Recipe:
1 or 2 shot espresso
90 ml ice
90 ml water

For what do you use the steam ?

It is used to create a thick and creamy foam in coffee. It also adds a creamier texture to the coffee liquid itself.

Is the taste of the Aerocano bitter or mildly sweet ?

I think it is not that bitter because it has much water and the Creamy structure from the coffee liquid because of the machine
