I love the fact you made Boa's outline blue just like all the other animus objects to symbolize Boa them self is a product of animus magic
And Darkstalker’s outline is mixed between blue and black, probably to show that he has enchanted himself with animus magic

That section of The Dangerous Gift rocketed Jerboa to near the top of my favourite characters list and this is such a beautiful depiction of her story! I love your designs for her and her mom and the slow and deliberate way you linger on her emotions in each scene. Your backgrounds are beautiful they remind me of some of Lisa Hanawalt's watercolour work :-) Just wonderful I can't say enough good things about this

I adore your art style and designs for these characters, your character designs and expressions are so banger oh my god. Was just rewatching this and noticed some things. I assume the floating crowns are meant to represent a dragon being an animus, and I saw that Boa, Turtle, and Darkstalker’s crowns are all different in some way, could I ask why?
The crowns are different because I thought it would be nice to have some variety :>

Jerboa’s mother’s final spell was to make it so whenever Jerboa used her magic she would loose a part of herself, literally. Every missing finger is for each spell she has casted
