I am setting up the website as a service for b2c, and b2b, I understand that we can generate leads (customers) for businesses (members), but is there a way for the leads/customers to also make an account? I would like to drive more interaction with the leads and businesses and even each other. Obviously they would not have a listing, but would have an account where they could save businesses, interact with posts etc.
Great question! You can create a separate membership plan for general users. Then, for that specific membership plan you can set the "Are These Members Searchable on the Website?" setting to "No". This will ensure these general users are not visible on the front-end of your website.
