The Last Wollongong to Melbourne PN Steel Trains (WM) & Wagon Transfers to Newcastle and Casino.

The last Wollongong to Melbourne steelies operated by Pacific National have left the building. Seen in this video are the wagon transfers between Port Kembla and Casino/ Morrandoo as well as the last 4WM4, 5MW2 and finally 6WM2. The first train I ever filmed was 4WM4 in January this year so I was stoked to get the last one late Wednesday night.

These steel trains that pacific national were hauled by Nr's with LDP'S on most occasions.& they always seem to have nice trailings like that at the back.

Yeah mate, always NR leading with either LDP’s TT’s 81’s 93’s and sometimes 82’s. Great trains to film and they will still be on all NY/YN runs and MP/PM runs. The main reasons this run had 80’s on it is because they were being transferred..
