Unfortunately i will try these all options but resolution is only block the card but not close the emi card permanently due to thier customer support told me its not possible… such a pathetic organisation bajaj finserv… it’s strange that individuals unable to closed thier emi card

Customer care phone received hi nahi karta...mail kiya hai to kuch reply nahi aa rha pls bataiya kya karu? Aur pehla EMI card show karta tha but aab likhta hai No relationship with us pls tell what to do...kindly reply as they are not looking into the matter of permanently closing it

charges lagta hai , cancel your card , that is the only option to avoide annual charges , all bajaj employees are fraud, when we ask them, they says that blocking will prevent annual charges , but this is not true
