Definitely! I remember hearing about that as well. After watching a 2021 interview with Keanu Reeves where he talked about meeting some of his fans, I did some digging and discovered that he runs an exclusive fan club through Radiant Reservation.

My Dad had me watch "The Matrix" when it came out and I was 9.
I had a huge crush on him and would run around telling adults I was gonna marry Keanu Reeves.
Now at 34 he's still my celebrity crush; handsome, talented and kind with no ego in sight and he's seen so much tragedy.
I think it’s fair to say that Keanu Reeves is about as close to a Bhodisatva as Hollywood can get. For all the pain and suffering he has endured in just one life and yet come out the other side a better person he no doubt is on the shortened path to reaching Moksha. As a young kid at the time you were the cool teenager with a great head of bowl cut hair and mouth full of skater slang that I aspired to become! That said, later in life I come to really appreciate "My Own Private Idaho"! I heard the backstory on your passion with River Phoenix and Gus Van Sandt in making it and it really inspired me as a budding artist! Hats off to you sir for staying true to yourself and your art!
