      Wasn’t the reason Aaron left Tori with “nothing” because she had divorced her first husband to be with the second one? I could be totally wrong. I’m even sure Aaron was even alive during that time. That said, she (and, her brother) kind of got screwed but there’s no law where parents have to leave anything to their kids. I am curious what Candy Spelling will do though. I’m assuming she’ll leave some to her grandkids.

    How ignorant to ask this woman, why she didn't build affordable housing instead of buying that manor. It is her money (via inheritance, is neither here nor there).
    Furthermore, for those that believe she should've spent her money on "affordable housing", what SACRIFICES have you made to ensure a person living below the poverty line will be housed and fed?

    A lot of very sad, jealous and I'm sure very hypocritical people commenting on this young woman that they don't know in real life. So what if she has wealth, she doesn't have to give to anyone nor explane to anyone what she buys. The more she spends the better it is for the economy, as it puts more money into businesses and the employees get their wages. It's a win win situation. Nothing worse than a rich person that doesn't want to spend, a lot of good that would do sitting in a bank! If you're so upset, go out and make your own wealth and give your own money to the needy and stop expecting other people to give! Don't buy what you don't need and give the money away. I bet most commenting don't need the computer that they're on, so do us all a favor and sell it now and give the money to charity. And the people commenting that she should have very serious crimes committed to her or people like her, don't wish for another what you wouldn't want to happen to you, as karma can be a very bad bitch, what goes around, comes around!

      Why are you trying to psychoanalize people. It is called a forum and that being said people can say what they want. I don't envy the filthy rich whatsoever, I am happy with whom I am and what I have not what I don't have. Listen to you, "nothing worse than a rich person who doesn't want to spend", that person made their money & it is up to them if they decide to spend or not. You sound like a very unhappy, finger pointing individual. The only comment I would make to her is buy yourself some food.

Watching this video has shown me that despite how rich she is, Petra Ecclestone was so stuck up to me that very few wanted to be around her, as opposed to the spellings, the former owners, who were very popular with society and generous. If I had owned that house, I would always invite my friends over and put that huge house to good use, throwing down to earth parties for the poor and giving them as taste of success instead of keeping it all to yourself.

    I was on board with her for a while until she said "well i have family coming over from london so i need the space" im sorry, are you for real love? if they are visiting you a MAXIMUM of 4/5 a year they could all have their own WING. I get you wanted a big house but this is just ridiculous. She seems really down to earth and not a horrible person in any way but still. WAY too big a house for what she needs.

    Anyone who would want to live in such a large home is not normal. I would have turned it into a hotel for tourist or even for the rich and famous. So much money could have been made and Candy could have donated even more to charity.

    Try to remember rich folks don't understand poor people. They've never had to live limited or live without desires. That's why spending $65,000 on handbags 👜 is considered normal to them. People Who have had to live limited lives don't understand them. If those people ever had to live on welfare or working a 9-to-5for nine dollars an hour their perspectives would be different. I would say don't be jealous or frustrated and rich folks. Just pray for them because rich or poorwe all need Jesus!

    Ugh, I hate it when reporters try to guilt trip rich people for having money and spending it. So what, is Petra supposed to live in a shoebox because there's so many poor people in the world? It's her money to do what she wants with and I'm sure her family donates millions to charity. I'm glad she shut him down.

    I don't understand why people are grilling her so hard about spending that much money on a home The house is an amazing investment and she got it for nearly half the price, especially w/ its history she could sell it for a lot more in the future. It's unfair to say that she should have spent that money on other people, her dad worked hard for that money and they can spend it however they want. take note that they do a lot of charity to give back.

      Like she said, why should she be giving that money away when she won't even be making a real change to the world, she'll only be housing an estimate of a 1000 people. There's still millions out there homeless, and yet she still donates more than you ever will to charity so don't be such a big talk.

    She shouldn't have to answer questions like that. I'm a big believer in the law of attraction and you can't be poor enough to make other people less poor. You can't be ill enough to make other people be healthy. I'm sure she gives a great deal even if she is polite enough to do it quietly, and in this case in taxes alone. If people had enough faith this or anything could come to anyone. Ask and It Is Given. I'm eternally grateful to Wayne Dyer recommending Abraham-Hicks' book and every day I expect and see miracle. Every day my life experience proves it genuine.

    This bible teaching it going to apply to all these people if they don't change their ways before they die and repent of their sins and live for God through His Son Our Lord Jesus Christ. Luke 16:19 - 19 “There was a certain rich man who was clothed in purple and fine linen and fared sumptuously every day. 20 But there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, full of sores, who was laid at his gate, 21 desiring to be fed with the crumbs which fell[a] from the rich man’s table. Moreover the dogs came and licked his sores. 22 So it was that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels to Abraham’s bosom. The rich man also died and was buried. 23 And being in torments in Hades, he lifted up his eyes and saw Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.
    24 “Then he cried and said, ‘Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus that he may dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.’ 25 But Abraham said, ‘Son, remember that in your lifetime you received your good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things; but now he is comforted and you are tormented. 26 And besides all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed, so that those who want to pass from here to you cannot, nor can those from there pass to us.’

    • @DaysFirstLight
      @DaysFirstLight 10 лет назад +8

      There are only 14 bedrooms. Some misinformation was put out on the web overstating the house size. It's huge, no doubt. There are 123 TOTAL ROOMS in the house. And 27 bathrooms also. There is a gift wrapping room, screening room and an office as well. Oh, don't forget the bowling alley. Anyway, she probably does have security with her all the time. Most rich people do because they can afford it. I heard that she is going to sell it now or she already sold the house, so the discussion is pointless now. I don't see why people have a problem with anything anyone else does. No one is the same and though I have a tendency to give more than I have, some people are smart enough to know that there is a limit to what they can or should do. Anyway, just wanted to correct the bedroom error.
