Little tip for ya as i made the same mistake roll out your extension lead when using it as the cable will get hot and melt together. It happed to me with a mini grinder last year. Id the same roll up lead as you have and probably only 5 to 6 meters rolled out and tripped the breaker
@@Canningfarms 👍it happened to me on a saterday evening and every1 closed. I kicked myself around d yard. Love d channel and your honesty and not afraid to show ur problems and mistakes. Well done getting to 4k+ subs
Nice job Gavin. That ram needs a bit of grease 😉 I think the phrase you were looking for was 🐕💩, don't be afraid to say it out, your 5000 subscribers are like minded. Congratulations by the way.Just wondering, did you check the sledge before swinging it,it maybe a wrong handed one for you. It maybe a left hand sledge were you may need a right handed one,or vise versa, just double check that before using it again. 👍🏼
Great video as always just a bit of advice always disconnect battery lead when welding on tractor or implement attached to it as it can send a power surge to alternator and fu@k it up
If you haven’t broke the handle on the sledge then swing again 😉
Who needs the gym when ya have this farming crack 🤣
🐄👏
Ah sure Gavin, these things are sent to try us. Ide have a strong word with those “pixies” if I were you. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼love the sledge hammer style
Luke combs 👌. We call the sledge "the Persuader" on our farm 😅
I'd say it is on every farm just about everything is used as persuader 🤣

And I made sure that the paint wasn't inside out as well that's very important 🤣
@@Canningfarms or upside down. 👍🏼
😂😂😂a left hand /right hand sledge never heard that 1
Great videos👍 what’s your stocking rate per acre for bulling heifers?
Around 1.5 bullers to acre then on top of that have calves etc closer to 2 or 2.5 when they are taken into account
@@Canningfarms thank you. Keep the content coming👍

Crap forgot that thanks for the advice 😁
@@Canningfarms offen forgot myself and never had a problem after doing it👍👍
But if you leave the tractor running while welding would it be ok.
@@soloheadlad ya that would be fine or even pull plug off back of alternator same thing
Did you say the special prayers over it
Yea a few choice words alright 😅
Why didn’t you put a chain around a RSJ and pull forward that would have pulled a lot of it out
I was thinking that but the only rsj I could get a chain around just wasn't the best I could pulled the small shed down and the leg still bent 🤣
Did ya go to see Luke combs?
No tickets like gold dust
How much was the bale feeder
4500 bought it last year think bale unwinders in general are all around 7500 now
the sledge secret technique needs more practice I'd say is all 😂
Few more years I'll have it off 🤣
Tractor drag racing for the next video!
