He's using a cheat which was running on a separate part if his hard drive which VAC shouldn't be able to access. There was an error with his hard drive so VAC could detected the cheat

David Longford his cheats were undetectable because he used an external hard drive to prove how easy it was to cheat to global and his hard drive fucked up and gave away his cheats
putting cheats on an external hard drive does NOT make a cheat undetectable.

And untrusted bans too. I've borrowed my account to a friend to play together, when we was in the middle of a second match my account got banned(untrusted - VAC) and the message was the same as the OW message.

He was running his cheats from an USB pin or an external harddrive to make his cheats more safe from vac, but something messed up causing the vac ban

I had that screen "VAC banned"too, but it was something with cc cleaner or something. Only uninstalled cc and returned back to the game.

I had that error while running cheats
had a dll injector (for a single player game, trackmania) running and it told me vac authentication error. now the acc is vac and i have a new one.

I think one person got vac banned while live streaming was banned for pirating windows, that’s probably one reason why he was vac banned.

because Steams anticheat is worse than Windows Firewall. "Valve doesnt tolerate cheats" is a huge stretch if you consider how little is really done against it.

A VAC ban is when the Anti Cheat (VAC short for Valve Anti Cheat) automatically bans the player for a program it finds running that could be malicious. An overwatch ban is when a player watches a demo or an overwatch case which they automatically receive when reaching Gold Nova 1 or higher. You get it now?

I saw one cheater get banned in front of me. It was right after the F2P update. The guy was getting destroyed, so he toggled spinbot and was banned within about 10 seconds of toggling. I thought vac had improved to the point where they could finally tell if someone was spinning in circles headshotting everyone on the map, but nope, just a one time deal :/

I witnesed a double VAC ban on my 200nd game. Two players go VAC banned, the funnies part was that they were "Smurfs", had name's which said Smurf. etc And got VAC'ed

You don't earn anything. Technically.. It is for those cheap games you buy during sales or with humble bundle etc.. If you don't want to waste time playing them, you can use idle master to get the cards... (U can sell those cards on market to get money)

lol oh man cr0. that guy was a damn mess. cheating on stream, doing drugs on stream, being absolutely wasted on stream, bringing what one could only imagine were his escorts on stream, opening cases for like six hours straight and throwing his chair around the room that was otherwise devoid of any other decor or furniture. i definitely watched him because it was almost unbelievable to have his stream described to you without actually witnessing it. it's a marvel he stayed on the platform for so long.
