“You’re drunk with power!!” lol that always cracked me up
I was 10 (about to turn 11 the following month) when that episode came out, and I didn’t even know that word or what it meant!😆
Lol me too and Marvin is right daffy is so drunk with power 😂😂😂😂
That was from the Looney Tunes show
Oh goodie, an voice evolution on Marvin. Isn't that delightful? As for the voices, Mel's second attempt plus Joe and Eric Bauza are my top three voices.
same although the first Looney Tunes Movie, Space Jam that person he is one of the best too.
@@caseysmith544 That was Bob Bergen and yes he's also good but 4th overall in my opinion.
An Voice Evolution. Perfect Grammar
Eric with his nasa hat
Marvin in every other time he has appeared: calm and talkative
Marvin in baby looney tunes: *myeh*
My favorite Marvin voices by generations:
1. Mel Blanc (Generation Golden)
2. Joe Alaskey (Generation 1)
3. Bob Bergen (G1.5)
4. Eric Bauza (Generation 2)
Marvincmf please explain your generation system
@@booberminfranklin3652 It is probably a ranking thing.
No one:
Marvin: A U R A N I U M Q 3 6 E X P L O S I V E S P A C E M O D U L A T O R

That's actually an Illudium Q-36 Explosive Space Modulator.
It's "PU-36" Look at the label in the shot at 8:33
Mel is obviously the classic voice, but it's interesting to see what other actors have done over the years. Most sound very similar, which is pretty amazing. I kind of love that the "space modulator" line has basically been around for 50+ years.
Nobody:
Marvin's trumpet: *EPEBEMPEPEBEMPBEBEMPEMPEBEMEBPEBEMPEPEEE*
Bruh Moment In Area 51
"Where did he go? Where did he go? Where did he go? Let me at him! Where did he go? Where did he go? Where did he go?" I love that part of his voice evolution.
I do a pretty good Marvin voice myself, and people love it when I do the "space modulator" line. It makes me very, very happy! LOL!
Same for me except people always like it when I say "I'm going to blow up the earth, isn't that lovely?"
Huh. Never realized how few old looney tunes cartoons Marvin was in.
My top 4 Favorite voices for Marvin the Martian:
*Mel Blanc
*Joe Alaskey
*Eric Bauza
*Bob Bergen
Oh my gosh, same!
Same
Same
I have to say that Mel's and Joe's version is a tie.
Isn't that lovely?
Mel Blanc (2nd attempt), Joe Alaskey, Bob Bergen, Neil Ross, Eric Goldberg, and Eric Bauza are top notch voices for Marvin
Honestly I think they all *sound* great but Mel takes the cake. He gives the character so much personality through his performance. Everyone else is just replicating the funny voice.
I don’t get why the little details in the voice lost over the years, considering they aren’t terrible complicated...
Me years later realizing that Marvin said the word “drunk”:😶
Things we pick up on when we get older.
Thanks for watching and subscribing.
Dave Lee Down Under your welcome! Thanks for the ❤️
In a kids show lol
Two cartoon characters you don't want to make angry: Marvin The Martian and Droopy The Dog.
Even tho I think they're all great voices for Marvin, I'd still say Mel Blanc and Eric Bauza are the best voices for him
But Eric Bauza doesn’t even really sound like Mel blanc. Anyways that’s your opinion I’m not tryna change it 👍🏽
7:20 look at how he snaps his glove. Isn’t that lovely 😊
So THAT'S why he wears gloves 🤔 😂
9:54 Marvin: I shall have to REGRETTABLY disintegrate him.
Also Marvin (and same voice actor): *DISGUSTING EARTH RODENT.*
Marvin:this makes me very angry *Breathes heavily* very angry indeed
Literary everyone;he did it again, record it now!!
Me:sometimes I don't understand you fandom
Also me on the inside: OMG HE'S ADORABLE :'3
It seems like everyone who voices him takes a few tries before they really get the voice down.
He is one of my fav characters
I like Mel Blanc's voice work in The Hasty Hare.
Marvin's voice is just a tad bit more intense and drawn-out than the others and I really love it.
If we get anyone to voice him, it should be David Hyde Pierce.
Your editing makes me happy, very happy indeed!
At first I thought this is a Re-upload but then I realized this is a voice evolution episode! Dave coming in with great videos! 🔥
My favorite Marvin voice actors:
Mel Blanc
Joe Alaskey
Rob Paulsen
Eric Bauza
Jeff Bergman
Honorable Mention: Eric Goldberg
Keep doing your thing Dave.
10:50 the best looney tunes show along with the duck dodgers one
Isn't lovely... hmm?😁
Thank you for this.
You've made me very happy, very happy indeed😀😀
Keep safe and take care.
_"This has makes me Happy, so very happy indeed"_
Dave lee tomorrow is my birthday.
You were so close.
Thanks.
Also it so interesting to learn abit about the chater but also the voice.
Amazing video dear Dave.
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🎖
Cool video Dave!
10:10 Wrong clip. Baby Marvin _does_ talk. In fact, he just mumbled because he's too shy to talk to the babies at first.
Wha- Marvin’s AUTISTIC?! I guess he deserves to be my second favorite!
Ok
Perhaps. Or that's how Martians may behave. Marvin was even frustrated and nervous that he fidgeted on his feet and fingers.
Why didn't Eric Bauza voice Marvin in Rabbits Run
@CowboysNo1Fan Now that it's been pointed out by some people, he does appear to display behaviors of an individual on the spectrum, ESPECIALLY in the early iterations of him talking where he has some slight pauses in his sentences and expresses things in less emotive ways, hence why he sounds robotic....a trait that's common in some with autism.
You could chalk it off to him just being a martian, but some people with autism often feel alienated from others, so it makes total sense that the Looney Tunes would represent a type of individual as a literal space alien.
Elmer fudd:
Be vewy vewy quiet
I would be in the next cartoon video
Hahahahahaha
If he has not been done, he needs too be done.
Foghorn Leghorn:
AHHHH SHAAADAP!!! ILL BE IN THE NEXT CARTOON VIDEO!!!
Betty Boop: Sorry boys but I'm next.
Your Airness.
Sir Altitude.
Clever!
Nice video
Oh goodness a new video
nice

Mel Blanc's again my favorite voice. But Joe Alaskey is second, mainly because he played Duck Dodgers, one of my favorite childhood shows. Eric Bauza would be third.
I’m in the small minority that actually prefers Mel Blanc’s first voice for Marvin in Haredevil Hare. To me, it makes him sound wimpier, which fits the design.
Not going to do a ranking since they all sound really similar. Everyone does a good job sounding like the established Marvin voice.
Talk About Cinema His first voice sounds like someone named “Antwerp”, his current voice sounds like someone named “Marvin”.
I disagree
I felt that his first voice sounded a bit too much like Bugs, minus the accent and personality, but I can see your point. Stil prefer his second voice though
I agree
As someone who grew up was duck dodgers Joe alaskey is definitely my top favorite.
Mel Blanc (1952 version) Bob Bergen, and Eric Bauza have the best ones
2:22 1948 Marvin The Martian sounds like theniftytable Bendy Voice
I love Marvin as a baby
My favorite Marvin voices:
Bronze: The late Joe Alasky
Silver: Bob Bergen
And Gold: Eric Bauza
3:46 the part we(mainly me) all came for.
2:01 - Am I the only one who likes this voice?
I always thought the Duck Dodgers cartoon series was unfortunately underrated. It had that great blend of humor and mild action that a certain other action based Looney Tunes series wishes it had. Among other things, it was the first cartoon to make the Goofy Gophers funny. And the random cameos from Hanna Barbera characters. Shame only 2/3s of the series made it to DVD.
Also, that Tang commercial Marvin with the tiny eyes looks so wrong for some reason.
I’m a bit late, but I agree. I was starting to think that my brother and I are the only ones who literally watched every episode in that series.
Duck Dodgers is the hip series that modernized the Looney Tunes with a hint of an action comedy series that WB tried to do with Loonatics Unleashed. It's very much a 2003 era cartoon and it has some early Family Guy (when it was good) type humor to it, but still felt like a Looney Tunes series.
And Tom Jones singing the theme song!
Mel Blanc's voice, hands down is my favorite, and THE classic Marvin voice. Now with AI, we should be able to recreate Mel's voices for all the Looney Toons characters!
@@skn9895AI would be spitting on Mel's grave and insulting every recast voice actor who are just doing their best.
You're my biggest fan I love you I love you I love you Marvin 💋
Mel Blanc does the best Marvin, but Neil Ross is underrated. He was the voice of Marvin in the Six Flags ads from the '90s. I remember them from when I was a baby.
My top three picks are:
1. Mel Blanc
2. Bob Bergen
3. Eric Bauza
7:40 man, Candace must have gotten a makeover.
I get it! :D
I love how he said The Iiuchim Q 36 Experience Space Moger. And falls down.
Aww man I thought that you were going to add Looney Tunes ACME Arsenal on here too.
Is it just me, or does Blanc's voice characterization sound a bit like Dr Frankenfurter? Was Mel Blanc an inspiration for Tim Curry?
I was trying to pinpoint for the longest time who Wally Darling's voice reminded me of....and I just figured out it's Marvin the Martian!
Anyone think David Herman could be a good Marvin if he used his Wernstrom voice from Futurama?
Probably, what about Eric Jacobson as Marvin if the cast were voiced by Muppeteers?
I didn't know that Rob Paulsen did the voice of Marvin the Martian in one of the episodes of Tazmania.
Wonder if anyone knows who the fill-in/test voice for the Marvin movie they were considering to make with mike Myers ?
Eric Bauza
I can’t wait to see the voice evolution of K-9
As well as the evolution of him
I love Marvin boy.
The fact that Mel Blanc also voices the trumpet…
Mel Blanc Voiced Every thing!!!
Well they don‘t call him „The man of a thousand voices“ for nothing.
He was even Dino. I can do a good Dino.
My favorite character. Good voices here.,bob bergen probly best voice out of all of them.
“You have made me very angry!”
I think Eric Goldberg voiced Marvin in Another Froggy Evening
Imagine if he worked for the decepticons.
Do the Evolution Of Foghorn Leghorn
Marvin sounds SO DIFFERENT in Taz-Mania yet he sounds like Squidward in his baby form
Marvin sounds like Bugs with a southern like accent in Haredevil Hare
In LT: BIA, he sounded more teenage when he said “DISGUSTING Earth rodent.”
are any of the looney tune character who lines and voices speed up
can you please do evolution of walt disney studios movies (the live action but not the remakes)
Hey Dave which Marvin Voice is your favorite
Onward is the release date for blu ray and 4k blu ray may 19th. You heard about it?
Yes, aware of the release date. Disney have not yet officially announced or detailed the release, however, so I can’t put together a video just yet.
Funny, both Pinky and the Brain have voiced Marvin!
I claim this video in the name of Mars! Isn't that lovely?
That makes me very angry! very angry indeed!
"Where's the kaboom? There was supposed to be an Earth-shattering kaboom!!"
Rob Paulsen and mel blanc were my favs
wait, did Eric Goldberg voice him? You mean, the same person who designed and supervised the animation of Genie from Alladin?
Yes, that's right! He also voiced Tweety and Speedy Gonzales in Back in Action and Tweety and Porky in Superior Duck!
He even provided one line for Bugs in Back in Action
2:39 • 11:21
Joe Alaskey Eric Bauza and Mel Blanc are the best voices
Waiting Abother Marvin Martian Movie In 2022
Bugs Bunny: Pardon me again, Doc, but just what did you mean by that crack about "the Earth being blown"?
Marvin the Martian: Oh, I'm going to blow it up. It obstructs my view of Venus.
**Marvin lights the Illudium Q-36 Explosive Space Modulator**
Bugs: It does? That's a shame.
**Marvin covers his ears**
**Bugs realizes what Marvin meant, snuffs out the flare on the explosive, and removes it before running off**
**Marvin uncovers his ears**
Marvin: Where's the kaboom? There was supposed to be an Earth-shattering kaboom!
**Marvin sees that the Illudium Q-36 Explosive Space Modulator is gone**
Mel Blanc and Neil Ross are the greatest Marvin voices ever
Could you cover speedy gonzales please next
Won’t be next, but he’ll be done eventually
Hey make A Betty boop evolution
10:55 your drunk with power
Marvin the martian-2011
Rob Paulsen and Maurice Lamarche -- so...Pinky and the Brain both voiced Marvin.
My personal ranking of Marvin's voices:
1. Mel
2. Joe
3. Bauza
4. Bob
5. Goldberg
6. Neil
7. Maurice
8. Greg
9. Jeff
10. Rob
11. Sam
12. Damon
I think Joe did a better job than Mel imo because he did more with the character.
Jacob Lakins Would you like to discuss the background music played in the video with me now that you finally found it?
@@ToonyKid Sure. It was fun and that was my first time hearing it.
@@jacoblakins6628 What other songs did it remind you of?
@@ToonyKid Well, it reminded me of the music from "Special Agent Oso", but that's probably because both shows had the same composer.
❤️
Oh and how many Looney Tunes movies for that matter? Both theatrically and direct to video.
Wait a minute, where is the test footage for the Marvin the Martian movie
Haven’t used clips from everything in this. It doesn’t need it.
Besides, there’s no confirmation who did the voice in the test.
@@DaveLeeDownUnder Alright, still a great video. I love Marvin the Martian and your channel!
5:19 don’t worry folks after all it’s only a cartoon
Mel Blanc voices EVERY SINGLE looney tunes character
Not every character. Most since 1937.
I feel they haven’t quite gotten his personality right in many modern episodes
Can you make one for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles?
Your drunk with power 10:55
I think since Mel Blanc's passing, Eric Bauza is the best Marvin, with Eric Goldberg in a close 2nd place!
Did you forgot to use Billy West
