Finally, someone who understands what LGBT truly stands for! Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Technician.
Yes lgbt is a joke
I love how they say "heart of a man" or "heart of a woman"!!! IT'S SO MUCH NICER!!!!
Lil Bun it's kinda same how i say it
I once had a friend in elementary school who got bullied for being trans
I stood up for her and confronted the bullies and said: " she is a girl stuck in a boys body how would you feel if you were in her shoes " and they were like " oh..." i guss they didn't expect someone to say that. lol
I cracked a laugh at „Lesbian, Bisexual, Gay, *TECHNICIAN* “
Mom, dad, I have to tell you guys something. I'm a technician...
son i raised you to be a transgender 😥
The day I told everybody that I was a technician changed everything. My story begins here, my story as a technician.
my favourite part was "lesbian.. gay.. bisexual? And... technician?" Lolll it was cute
i love how they refer to transgender men having the heart of a man and trans women having the heart of a woman. that's cute
That's true
Girl: “ L. G. B. T...Lesbian, Gay. Bisexual...Technician??”
LMAOOOOOOOO💀
Same lol! 😂
A philosopher once said :
"The meaning of LGBT is Lesbian , Gay ,Bisexual, *TECHNICIAN* "
-girl in 1:24
On paper, my country (The Netherlands) is very open to LGBT, and I can tell our rights are being more respected. However, in day to day life, it can be difficult. What I often hear is, "I don't mind lgbt people, as long as they act normal", in other words: I don't mind them, as long as they act straight. And there is a lot of difference between living in a city like Amsterdam, and living in the countryside.
Als een mede Nederlander begrijp ik volledig wat je bedoelt
Ik denk dat je mensen niet moet afdwingen om ze op een bepaalde manier te laten gedragen
I visited Amsterdam, and was hosted by a gay couple in a beautiful apartment. They were the best. I hope they are doing well.
lesbian, gay, bisexual, technician
We must end oppression against technicians!
Yes, I am a technician.
Being asian and bisexual myself I didn't even know LGBT exists, when I had a huge crush on my classmate (gir) I thought I had a soul of a man I was like 13, I was so curious what that feeling was so I search on Google tying "girl that loves girl" 😂 and it shows me what it is. I thought I only likes girls but I found out I like boys too when I was 15 and I was so confused again and I search on Google typing "what does it means to fall in love with both genders" lol. Even though I was 13 I didn't think it was bad I never thought homophobic exist I was so young learning and educating myself. There's still people here doesn't know LGBT exists, example my mom I always had a feeling that she's bi, when I come out to my mom she was so supportive even tho she doesn't know about LGBT, I educated her showing some LGBT videos and she hugged me saying that she loves me no matter what and turns out she said she's attractive to girls too. Wow that's long.
penguin & baby tiger awhh you have an amazing mom, cute story.
penguin & baby tiger dont worry i had the same story but
All i did during my childhood is having a crush on my girl bestfriends
Thats why im gay now 😰
My first crush on a girl was my best friend in 3rd grade. Back then, I didn't know what the "feeling" was and went "So this is how having a best friend feels like" considering she's the only friend I had cause I was very introverted. Then, I found out that I was actually bi in 8th grade but still haven't come out because as Asians, majority of parents tend to be more traditional and mine would probably disown me 😂
@@peachesbunny :0 when growing up, found out the feelings I had for my bestfriend was'nt just a feeling towards a friend but more than a friend.. and that was a long time ago.... as long as I could remember lol.. maybe 10 yrs old or younger ... though I'm bisexual, I seem to have stronger feelings towards women and I'm a woman.

i love how they used the phrase 'heart of a man/woman' to describe trans people, that sounds so...thoughtful?? like it doesn't sound so 'clinical' as it's often talked about. i like that.
El Ward my country ppl believe in reincarnation so they explain that transgender people were example like a boy in previous life and their soul somehow got into a girl after they died without them properly letting go of their former identity. i think thats why you know your in a wrong body from a young age. maybe .
sync wow, that's incredible! a beautiful theory too...where are you from??
El Ward India. my granny told me about it . sadly colonization and modernization have made people much dumber and less accepting of LGBT than people were in the past. although old traditions do survive. for example transgender people are considered lucky and proof of reincarnation and our faith so they are invited to bless people at weddings and at births , prayers etc. but its only within these boundaries and in rural areas they are accepted , modern society ie city people dont understand as much but its not a problem for us youngsters. i think i confused you lol.
sync no no, you didn't confuse me at all! it's actually very fascinating because i didn't know that ^_^ thankyou for your insightful comments!
El Ward welcome. :)

This has nothing to do with the topic but these videos are so nice for Japanese listening practice. Some of the girls in this video especially have clear, pleasant voices to listen to.

omotenashi is a japanese social cornerstone
@@winkie3331 huh?
@@EvanMMD3939 sorry, i think i made this comment after binge researching this phenomenon more (the video interested me). omotenashi is a japanese behavioral custom. im nit japanese and havent been there, so im gonna post the words of someone who knows what theyre talking about instead of going off of my foggy memory:
"Omotenashi captures the way in which Japanese hosts pay attention to detail and the anticipate their guests' needs."
"The concept of omotenashi is said to have been established by the grandfather of the Japanese tea ceremony, Sen no Rikyu, through his ways of entertaining his guests through chakai (Japanese tea ceremony). In a chakai, each experience is “ichigo ichie” or a once in a lifetime experience. Thus, it is said that both the host and the guest must act with sincerity.
For the host, this act of sincerity requires immense preparation so that each guest can have the most memorable experience possible. It sometimes takes up to a year to prepare for a single tea ceremony because the host needs to select the right flowers, tea set, hanging scroll and confections to match the season and the guests’ preferences. If the host cannot find the perfect tea cup for the guests from their own collection, they will continue to searching everywhere until they find the perfect match. Tea masters say this is the most difficult aspect, but also the most creative and intellectually interesting part of the process, which will determine the success of the actual ceremony."
isnt that so fascinating?
@@winkie3331 yes it seems interesting, but it's quite a long description

Yeah this is good. I feel like the young people are more open, and we only need that the old people be that open too. Society is change, I'm happy with that. Some people don't know, but this is incredible! You know how was a life of a japanese gay ten years ago? The world is really become a better place, guys. In the future, almost every one will be OK, bc they will know that love is love. Thank you for making this video
People dodnt care if one guy is sucking another guy. they are worried about the way people are advertising gay life. people are advertising it like its a new way, way better than the common way. And people dont want their children, brothers, father in fact no one to be influence by it. A parent dont want his girl to be a guy's bitch let alone his boy to a guy's bitch. and also its a really big problem. if its become too popular and everyone just find it like they found god in 100-200 years over population will not be a problem anymore it will be total opposite. if that happens it will be the most hilarious way human could ever extinct
Are you fucking kidding right?? Omg XD You really thinks that beging gay its like "a new cool way of living"? Hahaha are u serious? You know how many people hidding that they like the same gender bc they are scary of what their family or sociaty will think? People live years without even talk about the person that they like or even marry with a person just for making their parents happy, and scared af bc of all this violence against lgbt out there. And you think its a trend, that teens will follow? Omg xD
Luna Lamperouge I don't think it's cool but people thinks it unique. Bruce Jenner changed his gender for popularity. Another guy cut off his genital and add silicon boobs to took like a gender less alien. Wtf is gender less alien. There are a lot of people influenced by it. Nowadays people thinks if they can't make good a life with other genders thinks am I gay. The losers can't make a girlfriend thinks he might be gay, my head hurts I might be gay. And there also a lot of idiots who says there is no two genders there are 40 genders wtf. Also search gay guys will marry your girlfriend by college humour. See the video and the comments you will know it's becoming a trend. Like I said if it becomes over popular like JB. We will die
Yagami Light I especially dislike the trans, mostly bc they're total hypocrites
Saying they're accepting them self by changing what they were born with
It's like a bagel that thinks it's supposed to be a donut
If you were born a bagel than you are a bagel
that was a metaphor, if some of you didn't get it
OK I get it your gay. Some families wouldn't like there son or daughter being gay as they would like their children to start their own family.

well I come from Australia and for so long, members of LGBT have been discriminated, denied service and even in some cases denied jobs and schooling. but in the past half decade (I'm 16 in October) people have really warmed up to LGBT people and I 75% of the time see most town halls, huge buildings where companies are based and even outside schools in Melbourne I see not only the Australian and aboriginal flags but I also see the LGBT rainbow flag. I am bisexual and this warms my heart so much. In fact Australia is holding a nation wide vote on gay marriage right now and the YES factor is winning!! I am so happy!! I am actually a big member of LGBT in Australia and I am hoping to eventually propose a gov funded trip to Japan and host a parade.

I don't know why I feel weird in a country where BL was born is not really accepting in gay people
Exactly! There's a lot of boy's love manga and anime already. Also, lesbian and even taboo as incest. Yet japanese people say Japan is a conservative country with these LGBT animation freely televised for eveyone to watch. In adition to that, samurais and daimhos from the past are LGBT. www.tofugu.com/japan/gay-samurai/
ok SO, this kinda goes all the way back to the westernisation of japan, when christians brought christianity over and basically told everyone "man love is gross" and a lot of people stuck with it. however, the yaoi and yuri that exists is usually used to fetishise gay relationships and are in no way shape or form realistic. they often have incredibly problematic content in them (such as non-consensual kissing and outright rape) and are basically just there so that straight people can salivate over them. it's honestly gross
@@pesticide271 Most BL is indeed fetishism, but yuri is usually more niche and created and read by women.
@@Darihmaster That's probably why it's harder to find Yuri mangas than Yaoi. Like, there are varieties of BL mangas and you can find them everywhere

I wanna go to japan and live there but i'm really scared because i'm a lesbian. I'm scared about violence
depending on where you live in america homophobia tends to be a lot worse than in japan due to religion and other stuff like that, but your fears are completely understandable. my friend kage, who moved back to japan, now lives in the shibuya (i think i spelt it right), and he’s bisexual, although he leans more towards boys. he’s super open about it, and he doesn’t seem to receive backlash to my knowledge. hope this was enough to console!
theres barely any violence in japan as is and doubt they'll care when you're a foreigner
As a foreigner I don't think you have to be scared about violence. Japan is a really safe country. However, if you want to date Japanese girls: There will be no PDA and chances are high they are not out sadly, meaning you might stay a secret and it's harder than it sounds..

I think there should be more TV shows with lgbt Japanese people, and couples, that way,in time would be more "normalized"
Apparently it was common for a lot of Samurai men to lay with other men, and it wasn't considered as something bad since they were still seen as strong and venerable figures. So it didn't have a big stigma historically, however, when Western religion finally infiltrated Japan, they bought with them homophobia so, now we're here
Actually, that men in ancient Japan selected a "femenine" man for their own satisfaction, maybe to not feel uncomfortable about thinking on him like a man, but a woman.
I'm surprised the people do not put on context the situations of a century ago and romantized an act of obligation/violation to young looking bishojo men.
That wasn't exactly a romantic love, but an abusive relationship disguised as a "cute homosexual love".
Samurai men taken a younger guy to be a kind of a prostitute for them.
Please, do not to do anachronic comparaisons guys. As always, context is very important to analyze past events in human history.
Fun fact (that you might already know) The British colonisation is responsible for homophobia! French colonies and uncolonised areas do not have anti-lgbt policies, for example, Thailand (uncolonised) and Vietnam (colonised by the French.) When Britain colonised countries they outlawed lgbt people, which is honestly really saddening. Not to say the French were good, they were still awful, as all colonisation is awful. It's just especially awful to see the impact of colonisation on modern day lgbt discrimination as a lesbian and an asian
TECHNICIAN i died
I'm currently living in South Korea, and to my surprise, it feels like Japaneses people are ahead of Korea when it comes to acknowledging and accepting the LBGT+ community ! I hope it keeps going that way and that Korean people can also follow that movement and accept the community (especially when it comes to gay men, people (men) are very closed minded... :( ). Of course I am only speaking about what I heard from people since I arrived and my own experience :)
TECHNICIAN! Hahaha
I know lesbians, gays and trans / non-binary persons, and quite frankly I don't care at all about their orientation. What I do care about is their personality, and that doesn't change depending on whom they fall in love with. Or if they identify as another gender than their genitalia say. If a gay guy would confess any sort of attraction towards me, I would only be flattered. I wouldn't be able to return the favour, but I would absolutely not be angry about it! There's nothing more flattering IMO.
If someone would come out to me, I would first and foremost be happy that they confide in me like that, and supportive of their decision to come out.
Here in Sweden we're very open about LGBTQ+ people, but it seems that the other Scandinavian countries are "better" than us in that regard... even if all of the Nordic countries calls us the gay neighbour. :P
