bison 2 only has a 2 way psycho cannon.. thats all.. not much difference.

@SinYue That isn't actually a secret move. It's Dhalsim's "running" animation used whenever his foe gets too far away from the range of the game camera which usually occurs when both foes are at the furthest points of the screen where possible and the opponent gets knocked back by an attack far enough where the game camera has to focus in on the foe and a "running" animation is used to keep characters at a reasonable distance from one another.

@jin299 cool, I have an Action Replay Max too, where did you get the code, so that you could play as shin bison on Street Fighter Ex3, because the only codes I have come across are code breaker codes. I have yet see a code for the Action Replay Max.
Do you know the character move modifier code for the pal version of this game?
How did you do Garuda`s secret special move, I thought just CPU able to for that???

There is a glitch that Kairi stops like a statue that he wants to kick Ken Masters but his fire hands are still moving.

Cycloid's pointless as a player character. Unless your opponent's willing to over-use Excel chances, draws will be a common thing.
CPU Garuda and Vega 2 / Bison 2, on the other hand....^_^;;

It's stated right there in the video, that move can only be used by the CPU version of Garuda, who can't be legitimaly selected.
