All memes aside, I've something important to say.
This may or may not be the last Darkest Dungeon "montage video" I'm going to make. At least until the PVP DLC or sequel drops.
Staying creative with a game such as DD is tough, and as much as I enjoy both the game and editing these videos, it's just not as fun.
I've plenty of other DD related video ideas, some are even being worked on right now, so it's not as if I'm quitting the game entirely. I'm just, moving on.

In campfire light I just asume they had short burst of panic assuming his face peeled off.
@@hahafunnyname you can have no regrets but still have a low self opinion, especially for the leper when they let down their mask in front of people they don't know that well. I'd imagine it's very personal, and the reactions they typically, and are used to getting, are not good.

Can someone explain in basics whats the memes here for those who never played the game? Only thing I inderstand is that this race has low health and easily dies if you get a bit unlucky.
@@ГенийЖизни-л7ю They are only effective at the front so the two in the back are constantly skipping their turn raking up the stress

But they only function in front of the party, so quadleper is a meme. He constantly skipped turns by the backline ones while having special items that dramatically increase the chance of not getting the bad roll after reaching the stress breaking point, so they get virtuous instead of afflicted, getting a lot of bonuses, then he swaps them with those that were in the frontline.
He pulled it off in Ruins, that are the easiest location in the game, and then got destroyed in Warrens, because he had no healer and effectively only 2 characters that actually did anything. The 45 dmg crit is A LOT, it is not the low HP pool, and anyone can die in DD if you get a bit unlucky...and bring meme teams to the highest difficulty dungeons.
I dunno why I wrote this, but hope it will at least matter

Shudderwock Leper in fact does not have a low health pool, but a 45 damage crit is almost enough to kill just about anyone not at full health

Not gonna lie I actually fucking cried when he was game ended.
The death of Martel reminded me of the death of my own Leper. His name was Hamage, he was my favorite character, and he was stalwart in the face of death, surviving at least 5, or 6 deaths doors before he was finally put down. Vulf will never see the light of day again thanks to his sacrifice.
I had a crusader who was truly one of a kind. Espec, he outlived his entire team, including a leper, against the fish-folk and killed the last one, who was full health, while on death's door. He looked it straight in the eyes and said no. The worst part is, he died against the Swine King to Wilbur's mark, what an ignoble end to a courageous warrior.
Bro I lost my leper in the same quest. I gave him everything to survive, relics to add more chance of surviving death's door, a permanent buff that made him 10% more resistant to death's door, and he had every capacity maxed out. I get to Vulf, he crits my leper for 69 damage (he had 70 hp), and he literally dies the next turn from bleeding. I was so sad and I felt miserable. He was my first character that I chose in the wagon and I gave him all my love. RIP lepers. They're the best

Play it man! Its frustrating in the beginning, then its really fun when you get the hang of it.
Then it's really frustrating again once you get to champion level dungeons.

Wilhelm seems like one of those rare heroes that can carry the team on their shoulders while everything around them falls apart.
I had an arbalest like that once... she met her end in the second darkest dungeon raid, sacrificing her life so that the rest of the team could escape and live to learn from the experience.
