For gauge - you can find tolerance in gauge calibration certificate. For component if the customer drawing not given we can use international standards from licences source (example: gauge maker software)
#10-32- UNJF thread parameters are exactly same as #10-32 UNF thread, except thread root radius. For #10-32 UNJF thread root radius will be larger than #10-32 UNF thread. You can refer these two thread data for gauge maker software
